My comments have nothing to do with employee. They work with what upper management gives them. There were no eggs or cheese in the morning. Last breakfast I was offered eggs. The reception has a lot to desire with the exception of the Cuban one. He went beyond his duty to make my stay better. The mattress was old and I could feel the springs when we asked, I was told they were going to see if they had one nothing happened until we talked to the Latino clerk. There is no hot water to make tea in your room or coffee. The breakfast was cold the picture on the site is nothing compared to what we saw.

Great location. Unfortunately my son’s and my room weren’t vacuumed on arrival. Requested and it was done. Bathtub drained very slowly so showers were an ordeal in my room. Across from an important papal cathedral.

Poor rooms, hotel good location.

Nice Historic hotel, but rooms very basic, tired and need of attention. Curtains wouldn’t open, No mattress protector on bed, No drain cover in shower, just a hole, No toilet roll holder, Nowhere to hang bath towels, No cover on fuse box, Missing light bulbs Carpet, curtains and net curtains needed cleaning. Leaking shower screen. Totally unfriendly service Basic average breakfast, Good central location.

The rooms are gross, stains on the sheets/comforters. The bathroom had mold, our toilet wouldn’t flush. The staff did give us a new room after 24 hours of no toilet, but the new room was just as bad, with a working toilet this time. A miserable stay.

Wonderful place to stay and take in all the views. Great balcony room to enjoy the city of Rome's busy streets, sights, people watch everything. The hotel inside has many little places to wonder around and get lost in old Italian painted ceilings, courtyard, a beautiful chapel on the 3 floor. The staff is great especially Pereira, went above and beyond to help make our trip even better.

This hotel was AMAZING! The history associated with it is incredible. Located within a short walk to the Termini Station. Lots a good restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. If I make it back to Rome I will stay here again.

Great location, near main station and on bus routes. Lovely shared spaces but room a bit tired and no proper shower. Bath with a hand held showerhead. Functional. Breakfast was good coffee and sweet treats.

The hotel is very convenient for sightseeing. But the accommodations is very old and desperately needs a refurbish. There are not enough power points, these are two pin only so take an adapter. There is no in room or in hotel refreshments facility. So morning tea ☕ can not be done in room. The only food available is at breakfast,that is continental only no hot food. Once breakfast is done there is no facility for hot drinks only vending machines in lobby with can drinks. Bathroom fittings are loose and in appropriate , shower needs to be hand held, difficult to shower. Shame as hotel is in good location, but very poor accomodations and facilities. Star rating is wrong it should have a two ⭐ ⭐ rating. Hope this helps

Visiting Rome from Montreal

A wonderful Italian charm hotel. Hotel staff super kind and helpful. Excellent location. 15 min walk to anything and close to the termini for easy in and out of the city access.

If you want all the luxuries amenities, you will not get it here. We just needed a place to sleep and rest. It’s a great location you can walk to most places. You need a taxi, you just walk out the hotel and plenty of them are outside. You want to take the bus? It’s a short walk.

Overall stay is okay, however, two minus points I got during the stay, 1) Lift did not work 1st day even my room is 4th floor 2) Bath towel was Not replaced new one and due to lack of the working people, they requested us to get to reception to pick them up
