To the right of the corridor is the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area and characterized by the presence of a large gas fireplace which together with the rest of the furniture confirms the Apulian and Sardinian origins of the family of the property. Two large and comfortable sofas are positioned in front of the fireplace, one of which can be used as an additional single bed for the fifth person. The living room leads to a small hallway that leads to another bedroom and to the kitchen. Inside the bedroom there is a small study illuminated by a large window from which there is access to a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The second bathroom is located inside the bedroom. The kitchen is very characteristic as it is equipped with a marble top from the 19th century and decorated with precious majolica. It is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen there is a charming breakfast area characterized by a large window overlooking the internal courtyard. From here there is access to the laundry room where the washing machine is located.
