Really appreciate them letting us into our room 2 hours before check in time. When you travel for 23 hours and exhausted it would be awful to wait till check in. So thanks.

Es horrible es peor hotel que he podido estar, mi experiencia es la siguiente: llegas y tienen que llamar al dueño porque la hora acordada llega y no está, le pagas la tasa turística que son 3,5 euros por persona y día y te pregunta si quieres saber algo te da la llave y si le haces más de una pregunta se enfada , hemos estado 5 días , 3 personas, el hombre ya desaparece y el hotel está solo por completo bueno es un piso con 5 habitaciones, las toallas en 5 días no se cambiaron las tirábamos al suelo y las volvían a poner en el colgador sin televisión ya que no tenía señal como no hay nadie se le envío un mail y he llegado a casa y aún no he visto la tele arreglada, el aire sin mando y me comenta también por mail que a partir del 15 de septiembre que estaba prohibido encender el aire estábamos a 28 grados con una calor impresionante, llegas de andar todo el día sin aire sin toallas limpias , había bichos en el suelo y el desayuno italiano todo mentira un sobre de café con un zumo de tetabrick que te dejan en la habitación y una caja de pastas que dejan en un pequeño comedor que cuando te levantas ya no existen este es el magnifico desayuno italiano. NO OS ALOJÉIS EN ESTE HOTEL ES UNA VERDADERO DESPROPÓSITO Y EL BARRIO MADRE MÍA SUCIO ES POCO.

FABULOUS !

The owners are sooooo kind. Their number one priority is for you to have an amazing time. AND WE DID !! Having breakfast on a large terrasse every morning in Roma is a HUGE privilege ! That's what you get when you stay at this place. The room is new, contemporary and the bed is really confortable. The A/C unit is a really great addition to our comfort, specially in july when you experience a heatweave ;) ! The hotel is 6 mn away walking to the subway station. 500m away there is the BEST ice cream place of Roma and there are also restaurants, supermarket and bus stops as well. My 10 year-old daughter and I felt totally safe to walk by ourselves at 10:30pm coming back from an evening out. the train station (Termini) is 12 mn walking, super convenient when you have to leave with luggages. You can contact the owners, and ask them questions if you are unsure of something. Roma is their town and they will always try to find a solution for you. We will be back for sure ! Their easy-going but yet professional attitude and special attentions towards my daughter really warmed my heart. So, like us, if you are looking for a layback, not pretentious but welcoming place, stay there.... THANK YOU AGAIN ! SEE YOU NEXT TIME ;)
