The staff was helpful especially Gabrielle. Dinner and breakfast were good and shuttle to the airport @ 8€ per person was great. Bring a swimsuit if you want to go swimming. A great place to stay for an overnight before the flight back to USA.

Our stay was just perfect! We walked around and ate a Cielo which was magnificent, the staff there is top tier!!! The restaurant at Best Western was pleasant, the staff was delightful. The concierge was so helpful booked our taxis and early morning wake up calls they were so accommodating.

Our room was in older part of hotel. Was a bit smelly upon arrival. AC seemed not to work and opening window exposed us to outdoor smokers and conversation. This was just an overnight stay to be close to airport so was tolerable for the night. Had a great dinner at restaurant with great service.

The front of the hotel display wasn't visible; there's another name of restaurant in front of hotel. There was construction in front entrance of hotel, it wasn't clear to us where to enter and where the lobby was. the taxi driver drove us past the hotel, he didn't know where the entrance was. We saw someone passing through and asked where to enter for the hotel. The furniture was old and there was some damage to the furniture, dents, scratches on the corners. Also, at checkout there was a long line, and the process for check out was very slow. We had our taxi wait for us 20 plus minutes outside.

Very small elevator which looked outdated and banged up from the inside. Hallway carpets stained and old. Shuttle should be included for the overpriced hotel cost. Stayed at many hotels in Rome that were much nicer and less money.

Close to airport.

Everything went very smoothly. Perfect distance to stay near the airport as we flew out early morning. Front desk was very helpful. Room very clean. We didn't eat at restaurant but took a look around and it looked very nice. Parking lot felt very safe. All around a great stay.
