Congratulations Best Western Rome Airport- you have achieved my rating of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at over my over 50 years of travelling, and staying at over 100 hotels in several countries. The hotel is not a 3 star hotel, should be classed as a motel.It is dated, extremely dirty, the walls are covered in dirt, and are damaged, paint peeling off in huge chunks. The huge chair in the room was ripped apart, the ceiling was black from dirt where the air vent is. Definitely not modern furnished as they claim. More like a 60’s dated theme. The bathroom is small. You are unable to open the shower doors due to the tiny space between the sink and shower. The only towels are directly touching the bidet. They charge to weight your luggage which is a service provided by most hotels located close to the airport with no fee. The check in was good, the girl at the front desk called a taxi to take us to a mall as our room was not ready, at 35 euro, however when we returned to the “hotel” a taxi taking the same route back from the mall, charge 25 euro? We did not try the dinner instead walked up the street and we lucky to find a lovely restaurant, called Indespensa. The gentlemen whom took us to the airport was friendly and helpful. The area is run down. Run far away from here. Best Western shame on you- you can do better

Great staff and service. Very helpful. The restaurant on site was amazing. The room was small but that is what I booked so that’s on me. Shuttle service was great. Goodhotel close to airport if you are flying out of Rome. Did not have breakfast.

We asked reception for coffee whitener as we only had one and we used it. They said they couldn’t give it to us as housekeeping had them. Yet, they served coffee in the restaurant. They certainly could have given us some milk from there. We were surprised they did not do more to accommodate their guests. It was a simple request.

The hotel is pretty average, but the restaurant meal was superb--and I'm saying this after spending 2-1/2 weeks in Rome, Florence, Milan, and Venice. That sea bass was magnificent.

Only a 5 minute shuttle from the airport, this was a clean, comfortable, and convenient choice. Breakfast was18 euros and the quality and variety were good. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant since the taxi to downtown Rome was 200.00 round trip. The food was fresh and tasty!

This was a typical airport hotel. However, I booked it because it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle. But I arrived at midnight and the last shuttle was at 10:30 pm. I tried to walk but there are no sidewalks and it is along a highway. Then I had to wait 1.5 hours for a taxi which was 35 euro for a 4 minute taxi. They also charge 18 euro for breakfast. However the staff were great and the room was clean ( it was noisy from the floor above walking around but you couldn’t hear the planes. )

The staff was helpful especially Gabrielle. Dinner and breakfast were good and shuttle to the airport @ 8€ per person was great. Bring a swimsuit if you want to go swimming. A great place to stay for an overnight before the flight back to USA.

Our stay was just perfect! We walked around and ate a Cielo which was magnificent, the staff there is top tier!!! The restaurant at Best Western was pleasant, the staff was delightful. The concierge was so helpful booked our taxis and early morning wake up calls they were so accommodating.

The hotel was close to the airport with a shuttle service. This was super convenient as we took the train in, ate a late dinner at the hotel restaurant, slept, and then flew out the next morning.
