Clean and neat room, with a king sized bed. Great after a long day of train travel. The hall carpet near the elevators needs some attention.

Although room was clean, hallway outside of room was very outdated and carpet looked old and faded and needs to be replaced. Door at the end of hallway which leads to outside stairs was slightly open and does not close properly and has high sqeaky scrappy noise when you tried to close or open it. So even though you need a key card to enter the building, the side stairs was open and anyone can enter the building on 2nd floor so not secure. Also our waiter at the restaurant was not very friendly. Airport was close to the hotel but shuttle service was not free.

It was a convenient location that offered shuttle service for our night before our flight home. Rooms are on the small side as all of luggage was tough to pack up in the room. Served its purpose. We had dinner in the restaurant which was on, but didn’t do the breakfast we found €18pp a tad steep for breakfast.

I really can’t judge since we arrived late to stay overnight and head to the airport first thing in the morning. They do have a shuttle from the airport, the hotel is about a mile and a half and they charge €8 euro per person each way, I did think that was a little high for the distance and the fact we were staying at the hotel. Maybe €8 euro per person round trip. The hotel was clean

Congratulations Best Western Rome Airport- you have achieved my rating of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at over my over 50 years of travelling, and staying at over 100 hotels in several countries. The hotel is not a 3 star hotel, should be classed as a motel.It is dated, extremely dirty, the walls are covered in dirt, and are damaged, paint peeling off in huge chunks. The huge chair in the room was ripped apart, the ceiling was black from dirt where the air vent is. Definitely not modern furnished as they claim. More like a 60’s dated theme. The bathroom is small. You are unable to open the shower doors due to the tiny space between the sink and shower. The only towels are directly touching the bidet. They charge to weight your luggage which is a service provided by most hotels located close to the airport with no fee. The check in was good, the girl at the front desk called a taxi to take us to a mall as our room was not ready, at 35 euro, however when we returned to the “hotel” a taxi taking the same route back from the mall, charge 25 euro? We did not try the dinner instead walked up the street and we lucky to find a lovely restaurant, called Indespensa. The gentlemen whom took us to the airport was friendly and helpful. The area is run down. Run far away from here. Best Western shame on you- you can do better

Great staff and service. Very helpful. The restaurant on site was amazing. The room was small but that is what I booked so that’s on me. Shuttle service was great. Goodhotel close to airport if you are flying out of Rome. Did not have breakfast.
