Wonderful experience

The apartment is beautiful, super functional, it has all you can ask for. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nightlife. We like walking so we walked to the center of Rome every day, and it’s totally doable. Armando was very attentive and followed up on each of the questions we had, and asked us if we needed anything every day. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with respect to accommodations during holidays. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, cozy property. Convenient to all the history of Rome, either walking, biking. or driving. Also Convenient to a main bus/train terminal. Host is very accommodating and communicates well. We would choose this property again on a return trip to Rome.

Beautiful and comfortable!

What a great place to vacation with my daughter! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchenette with everything that you would need and very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was fantastic- great restaurants right outside the door. Everything we needed close by - groceries, cappuccino, apertivo, pizza, pasta, gelato! Friendly people at every turn! Loved staying at this lovely B&B.

Clean, comfortable, affordable.

This apartment was a available on very short notice which we appreciated greatly. The host was very easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and even arranged our taxi to the airport. The apartment was very comfortable for two people, well furnished, nicely decorated with unique brick barrel ceilings. Grocery stores nearby, and train station 20 minutes away by foot.

Friends Trip in Rome

Fantastic place to stay! About a 10 minute walk to the closest train station, 5 minute walk to the trams. Being 3 of us travelling together, the apartment was the perfect size- a lovely big space, so we didnt feel on top of each other at all. Armando was in constant communication with me from the moment I booked the apartment. His brother Aldo checked us in, and gave us some fantastic tips on markets, routes and general information about the area, and spoiled us with a welcome package of delicious authentic Italian treats. The extra details and care from Aldo and Armando certainly went a long way, and were highly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable, one we will fondly remember!

San Lorenzo bellismo!

Fabulous stay close to everything! Manager Aldo was prompt, attentive without being obtrusive. One of the best check ins we have experienced in Italy so far. The neighbourhood is a quick 20 minute walk from the train station. There is graffiti as elsewhere in Rome and the neighbourhood felt very safe with good restaurants!

Cute apartment in a great location!

This property is perfect if you are looking to be in a more local and less touristy area of Rome! We were 4 people staying at this apartment, and there was the perfect amount of space. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Termini. Armando was very accommodating and even supplied the apartment with coffee! Overall, I highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay in Rome at this property. Like some other reviews state, the neighborhood is full of graffiti but do not let it fool you. Not once did we ever feel unsafe, even at night. I actually recommend walking around at night since there are so many wonderful restaurants to sit and eat and drink. The unit itself had everything we needed. The owner Armando was wonderful and was in contact when we needed him to arrange arrival etc. and also gave information about the area. The location is an 8 minute walk from a train station (local). TIP: buy a multi-day pass at the main station (termini). It is good for ALL of their trains and buses. It was so easy to get around being so close to this station. We even wheeled our luggage there to go to the train station when we left with no issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Rome. Although not too close to the main attractions, it is close to the local train which allows you to explore with ease. I would recommend!

Spacious and clean place

I was a great place to stay. We had all the amenities we needed in the apartment. It was very spacious and very clean. Also has a washing machine which was helpful. Great little restaurants around. There are no close buses but the subway is a 15 minute walk and very easy. Aldo greeted us when we arrived and orientated us the Rome and have us recommendation. Armando and Aldo were there to answer any questions we had. It was a great place to stay and I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Aldo and Armando.

The apartment was lovely, we had just about everything we needed. The owners were very kind and helpful with information and let us know about a free museum week that was going on, as well as where we could find a supermarket and restaurants. There are some cute shops in the neighborhood, I especially liked one bookstore that was nearby (can't remember the name). Despite the graffiti, we felt very safe. WiFi was great, and it was nice having a washing machine available. If we travel to Rome in the future, I would come here again!

Clean, spacious one bedroom

This was a very nice apartment in a vibrant area. It was very clean and had all of the necessary linens, kitchen equipment, etc. Do not be fooled by the graffiti during the day- the neighborhood really comes alive at night with all kinds of restaurants and bars. We wish we had spent more time in it. I don't know that I would recommend it for families with kids, as things tend to open pretty late, and you do still have to walk a little to get to most of them. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is NOT "next to" Termini Station, unless you consider a 20 minute walk along very busy streets to be close. The closest station, Manzoni, is a brisk 15 minute walk. The closest grocery store is next to Manzoni, a 12 minute walk. Given the price of staying in the more touristy neighborhoods of Rome, I think it was definitely worth it, and the host was very accommodating. We had to come in a day later than planned, and he was very helpful making it work for us.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Armando was very helpful and allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment earlier than check in time. Overall everything was really comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this place. If travelling with young kids one point to keep in mind is It’s around 20 min walk from the Termini and with young kids can be a challahs specially after being whole day out.
