This is a Camplus.it accommodation. Basically a glorified university dormitory. Rooms are nicely modern minimalistically furnished with comfortable bed desk Neopresso machine. Large bathroom walk-in shower toilet, bidet, sink. Large balcony overlooking the west Vatican wall with view of Saint Peter’s Basilica. Staff at reception desk very friendly unhelpful. But they accommodation is basically used for students and young people with billboards and wrote us around. Young people hanging out and playing ball games outside making quite a bit of noise until after 10 pm last night when I had to ask the front desk what time they quiet down. I was told 11 pm. But obviously they said something about it because the noise stopped. We were to be up at 6 am to walk to a Vatican tour. Overall, very impressed with the value for money and the closeness to Vatican City. They didn’t put together bag breakfast for us, juice sandwiches and cake. Because the breakfast was from 730 to 8:30 am.

The location was amazing! You can see St. Peters Basilica from the property. Staff were so charming and informative. Everythig was neat and clean and the breakfast was good too.

This place is great value for such a close location to the Vatican! There are easy bus transportation options just a short walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Large room, comfy bed! Breakfast was very good ! Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the Vatican . Self service Laundry was an added bonus ! Only recommendation is pay attention to the email the hotel sends you prior to arriving, we did not and it was a little confusing , but that was totally on us.

Hotel is simple, clean , staff are courteous and helpful. the uphill driveway walk to the hotel entrance is mighty steep for older people.....but manageable. we could use some English channel on TV. Vatican /St Peters square is only 10 minutes walk from hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant and restful stay. Will highly recommend this place.

Excellent location for visiting the Vatican and also good transport links for visiting Rome being close to bus stop and train station . We did walk to the Colosseum in an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Very comfortable room and balcony ! The breakfast was excellent . We cannot praise this place enough !

The property was good for the cost. All of the staff were really friendly. The room definitely could have been better as it was in the style of a dorm instead of a traditional room, and I was charged €20 because we lost the hotel key card. These are the same cards you can buy on Amazon for like 10 cents, and they also only gave us one card even though there was two of us.
