Unfortunately Flavio was nice at first but when we first walked in the apartment it was 90degrees Fahrenheit Flavio said it will cool off…he turned it on low and expected us to wait patiently but it took 2 days to finally cool off and said it was my fault because I put the air on high so i guess he expected us to sweat..sounds like an air conditioning problem to me theres a high button for a reason, my daughter and I woke up first night sweating and couldn’t sleep…this shoulda been prepped before our arrival…No hot water for first day and part of second day so we took cold showers was fixed after, but we had to wait, which is crazy someone wasn't sent out quicklyDust everywhere so my asthma was triggered coughing and sneezingStove wouldnt work and no instructions has to light with a lighter they resolved it but I couldnt cook breakfast for my family that morning…TV didnt work the whole time..Internet very slow my 17 year old finally fixed it by resetting the routerThe best part was Flavio stopped responding about the issues… like was I annoying him that these things weren’t working???Master bed on left side where you lay your head is completely sunken in good thing I was the only one using the bed because I don’t know how another person would have sleep on that sideOverall not good..i think the owner is just cheap and doesn’t want to maintain or fix problems..not a good stay at all dont waste your money..cleaner also showed up 15 min before checkout..embarrassing
