Great place to stay!

This apartment was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. The owner (Mario) was very easy to work with and accommodating. He promptly responded to our communications with him. After inquiring if the apartment had a microwave, Mario told us "No"', but purchased one. We felt that was very thoughtful. Transportation from the airport was very convenient, as the nearby train station (Tuscolana) is only two streets away, and the Metro is an easy 5–7-minute walk. The bus system is very navigable, using the same pass as the Metro. We felt the area was safe, which is always a concern to us. Our only complaint was that when we arrived, we had to pay cash for the 3.5 Euro per-person, per-day city tax. That was a surprise, as it was not indicated in the details of the booking with VRBO, and Mario could not take a credit card. Overall, we were very satisfied with this place for our stay in Rome, and highly recommend it.

Parfait !

l'appartement est superbe, propre, fonctionnel et au calme. il est tres tres bien placé, 5 minutes du métro furio camillo, 30 minutes du colisée à pied. il y a plein de commerce en bas de l'appartement et même un supermarché ouvert 24h sur 24h à 200 mètres ce qui est très pratique. Mario est super agréable arrangeant et tres réactif. je recommande fortement cet endroit. un grand merci a lui pour ce séjour mémorable !

Location parfaite

Appartement très bien situé, sur la ligne A, ligne des principaux monuments à voir. Mario est un hôte très réactif à tout questionnement. Appartement d'une propriété irréprochable et dans lequel il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Petit bémol : il manque un micro-ondes. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
