Bright one bedroom apartment located on the third floor of a stately building (with elevator) close to Piazza Bologna, perfect for both managers and tourists. The area is well served by public transport and is ideal to reach La Sapienza and Luiss universities, the general hospital and Termini railway station.
The apartment is located in the Bologna-Nomentana neighbourhood, in a strategic position to reach Villa Torlonia and Via Nomentana.
Not too far you find the Umberto Primo hospital, La Sapienza University and the headquarters of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (National Institute of Health).
In the area there are plenty of restaurants -including some refined sushi bars- supermarkets (one of them is located in Piazza delle Crociate), pharmacies and banks, both in Piazza Bologna and Viale delle Provincie.
The apartment is close to railway station Tiburtina and to subway stop Bologna (line B; two stops to Termini station and four stops to the Colosseum). The area is also well served by bus lines 310 (to Termini station), 542 (to Verano/Piazza delle camelie) and N2 ( to metro Laurentina/Rebibbia).
The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.

The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV corner and a wooden dining table for 6 people.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is spacious and has a refridgerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, cutlery and crockery for six people and a table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a bathtub with a hand shower and a balcony.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Extra Cleaning, High chair, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
