The hotel was quite nice, the lobby is on the 5th floor and our room was on the 6th. There is a small elevator and stair access to the top. The room itself is nice, the only downfall being no shower head- only hand held- and the bathroom door only opens half way due to smaller quarters. Neither of these bothered us and it was quite a nice stay. Just on the outskirts of the top sites but easily accessible by walking or subway.

Functional and fine

So for a small hotel it was fine, nicely decorated however some of the furniture/fixtures were shabby and needed replacing otherwise fine, clean! Small but functional! Put our luggage out on patio area to save space. It is on the 5th floor of an apartment building and because of this and the rooms being just off the main staircase there was a fair amount of noise from people coming and going. Someone also knocked on our door at 3am, general shouting and hustle and bustle from within the building kept us up. It’s a bit of a walk from main landmarks however it’s right beside the train station which is great for connections and also if you plan on using a tour bus it’s super close. First night left me really tired from the noise but otherwise a good place to stay and I don’t think it’s the hotels fault but they may need to think about sound proofing

Convenient for Roma termini.Friendly staff,room was very clean.shower had really good pressure but had to hold shower head as would not fit in fitting to hold it to the wall. But still well worth the money. I would stay again

Conveniently located close to the train station. The day before arrival I received an email advising us that the elevator doesn’t work. The property is located on the 5th floor and our room was located on the sixth floor. We had to go to the front desk to get hot water and then all water. That said, it was the most comfortable bed we had on the whole trip.

I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful! The area is very close to the train station which is very convenient. The streets around are a bit scary at night especially if you’re a girl travelling alone, watch your belongings and travel with someone or use the scooter. This does not change the fact that I felt very welcomed and appreciated every interaction I had with staff at this hotel.

There was nothing unique!! Very noisy staff at night. Elevator was broken Sunday through Monday. There was no hot water in the shower our last night. Sheets were never changed during our stay. I would never recommend this hotel!!

Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay @ Roma. The hotel (room) is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. The room was cozy but sufficient. The location was pretty good, not too far from the termini station and it’s convenient for public transportations. There’s many cafes/restaurants and small shops around, too. The receptionist was helpful, too. Only thing I didn’t give 5 stars was water pressure was not consistent, but it was ok most of the time. Overall we had a good time.
