This 170 s.m. elegant apartment is located on the third floor with a lift of an ancient and characteristic building EMANUELA luxury house for rent consists of an entrance, a kitchen very well equipped with a large fridge, microwave and an electric oven, a and a washing machine (no dish washer machine), a bright dining room with a table for 8 people, a large living room with a Tv (Italian channels) and two comfortable sofas, one of them is a double bed sofa. The kitchen have two accesses: one is to the corridor and the other to the living room.The mix of classic and modern furniture and the beautiful paintings make the environment even more sought after.On the other side the corridor leads to some rooms of this spacious house for rent in Rome where you ll find one double bed room with a double bed of 160 cm. large, a second bedroom with a bed of 130 cm. large with private bathroom with a bath/shower, a third bedroom with two single beds and a four bedroom with a single bed with a private bathroom with shower, a third bathroom with a shower.

The floors are covered in parquet, while for the bathrooms we choose a coating in prestigious Italian floor.Air conditioning is available in three of the bedrooms except in the four single bedroom (where there is a ventilator) and it is available in the dining room ( not in the living room)

Wi Fi are available in all the bedrooms of this rental house in the center of Prati, a nice area in the centre of Rome.
