From booking on line, to check in then to sadly check out everything was absolutely perfect. Location was first class for walking around the stunning city. Kevin and the team couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, the flowers and wine were perfect for my wife's Birthday treat. Kevin gave us great advice for getting around and we are exceptionally grateful. The room was brilliant, we couldn't ask for anything else... highly recommend the excellent suite and hopefully can get back sooner than later... Thank you everyone.

What a disappointment. This place is not a real hotel, just a couple of rooms in an old building. There’s no elevator all the way up, so get ready to carry your luggage through narrow stairs. When we got to our room, the pillows smelled like ginger, probably from the previous guest’s breath — truly unpleasant. The room doesn’t match the pictures online at all. Light came through a window early in the morning, so forget about sleeping in. There’s even a 40 cm ramp to get to the washroom — uncomfortable and poorly designed. Since this isn’t an actual hotel, don’t expect anyone to be there if you arrive early, late, or need anything during your stay. They make sure to charge you the full amount as soon as you arrive, and after that, you’re on your own. For the price they charge, this is a complete ripoff. I understand Rome can be expensive, but this place feels like a scam. Spend your money somewhere else — there are plenty of real hotels in Rome that actually deliver what they promise.

Overall this hotel will get the job done. The staff were welcoming and great. The bathroom smelt like sewer gas and the bed was as hard as could be manufactured. The room was also clean and felt safe.

The location was so convenient to restaurants, shopping and buses and cabs. The hotel was cute. The room was very unique, different decor than our friends room. My husband said the bed was too hard but I thought it was fine.

The location was perfect, easy travel from there to all the areas of interest. Able to walk to everything in under 30 mins. Quirky property in some ways but that was the charm. Room was clean and efficient. Great place for the area. Not built for parking on the street. No need for a car anyway. We would stay here again the next time back.

The room was interesting with a Ferrari driver’s suit right above the bed. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors’ entire conversations. Overall though the staff was friendly and helpful and the room served its purpose.

We spent four nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not one of our best experiences. Our room was located right next to the reception area, which turned out to be a major issue. After 6 PM, when the reception was closed, many guests mistakenly tried to enter our room, thinking it was the reception desk due to poor signage. This happened multiple times in the evening and was quite disturbing. In addition, the room was very noisy. We could clearly hear all the conversations and movements of other guests walking through the hotel until late at night, which made it difficult to fall asleep. We also believe our room was located next to a utility or housekeeping room, as we frequently heard the sound of a washing machine running – again, not ideal when you're trying to rest. Another issue was cleanliness. We noticed some small insects in the room, possibly ants, and unfortunately, the towels and bed linen had a strong smell of cooked or fried food. Overall, the cleanliness was not up to our expectations. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is in a convenient location for accessing tourist attractions.
