Nice room with a small modern elevator that takes you above the roof tops of Rome. Great location, near the Spanish steps (be careful of pick pockets), the room deco is not for everyone. Helpful staff. staff

Centrally located and within walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc. Very close to subway, making travel to Vatican City super easy as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location. Room is clean and staff was friendly. The only problem was that the hotel staff insisted that we needed to pay more for the local tax portion for our hotel stay than what the original bill through Expedia showed. Note that we stayed at three different hotels in Italy on this trip. This was the only hotel that charged us more than what our reservation shows. Although it was not a lot, we had two rooms so it added up a little.

The room was cold and no instructions in the room on how to turn on the heater. We asked one of the staff but didn’t show how to. Kevin one of the staff/ receptionist was excellent. Answering questions and emails in a timely manner. Help us how to navigate around and helped with our luggages. Unfortunately he has to go on vacation.

The name of the site says it all. Excellence. Awesome service, clean and very presentable room, comfy bed. Room was serviced daily which seems to be becoming more ususual these days. A comfortable walk to most tourist attractions. Would happily stay here again.

Check in was easy. Didn’t need reception for anything else. We had room 401, lift up to 3rd floor then two flights of stairs but manageable. Room was small but enough room for two people, bathroom was really big with decent shower. Nice comfy double bed. Added bonus was a small veranda over looking gardens below. Great location, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain within a 10 minute walk. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was recently renovated and looked great. The only issue I had, which someone else might be more upset about, is the bed was very hard and not the most comfortable. It was ok for me for my use.
