The shower flooded and they didn’t fix it. It was full of mold growing on the walls and the soap dispenser in the shower. It was disgusting standing in the dirty water.

Booked online. Looked at the pictures it said "Hotel" but it was a private home acting as a hotel. There was a front desk only from 9-5 pm. We arrived approx. 45 min. before she was due to go home. The young lady at the front desk, Andrea. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We got the keys and went upstairs, 2nd floor to see the room. We were in shock of what we have seen. There was a round bed no more than 12 to 15 inches from the floor; no nightstands, nothing to put your luggages on, one plastic chair. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE INTERNET WITH A REGULAR KING SIZE BED, 2 NIGHT STANDS A COAT RACK AND SOME SHELVES & A CHAIR WITH A TABLE. What I described is the 1st image you see on the internet when you look at the room. Actually, it was called a "LUXURY SUITE" !!!. We were in shock; we are an elderly couple 70tish and had to get in and out of a round bed almost on the floor? in order to get out & in the bed we had to crawl in, the was no space on the sides. So, quickly we went down to talk to Andrea about the room and the fact that it was not what we rented. She was very dismissive, unhelpful and said, in a very dry voice that this is what we rented, and she can't do anything about it. I asked her for another chair, and she just said, no I don't have one. I asked her for a luggage rack because on the floor was very hard for me to unpack. Again she just said, this is what you booked. We'd like to put in a complain and ask of our money back. I was a 5 nts nightmare

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room I had was very small, but comfortable. Great location with lots of good dining options in the area and an easy walk to the major attractions - Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Coliseum etc. Also close to a metro station and a hop-on-hop-off bus stop

Entrance diffuser smells too strong that causing headaches. Rooms are dirty specially the floor. Showers and sink are clogging. When you take shower it’s like flooding and all dirty stuff are coming out. Same on the sink. I’m not recommending this property. Please find other place!

Great Hotel - Centrally Located

This was a great place to stay in Rome. The location was fantastic. Close to a metro stop, and to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza della Spagna. Plus there were plently of places to eat in the area. The room was big and airy. We had a great little terrace that we enjoyed using nightly. My only critiscm would be its on the fourth floor. There is an elevator but only to the 3rd floor, so you will have to carry your bags up and down almost 2 full US flights of steps. Other than that I would highly recommend.

The room was small but spacious, and it was easy to access major tourist attractions. I had booked the place with the idea of visiting the zoo as well, and the directions to the zoo were easy to follow, which was great. The staff’s explanations were also clear and easy to understand.

The guy we met on reception was rather pleasant, and to be fair, it went downhill from there. We stayed in the Luxury Suite, The leather on the bed was ripped in many places, the headboard was really dusty, and could easily tell it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. No mini bar, sink tapes barely reached the sink. No running water for the bath. Staff entered the room twice without me putting up the sign for cleaning. Didnt really match how it was described. The only positive was the location.

There was no refrigerator. On day 2, they dropped off a small one which was kept in our room’s hallway. Grateful but their attitude was very poor. Staff was unhappy and they had a poir attitude. Online checkin was a hassle and there was another family from Argentina who was having alot of trouble. I would not stay here again.
