It was super loud, noisy and disturbing late at night due to a group of HS students. Several complaints were made. Staff often were unavailable late at night. No one answered the phone

The hotel is close to St Peters Basilica which is just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Subway train and buses are close by so it is convenient to move around the city to see other historical sites. Breakfast is included which is awesome and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Restaurants, luxury stores and groceries are just around the corner. The cons is the place is under renovation so they have not installed a glass shield/cover on the shower area so shower water tends to drift to the other area of the washroom. They however provided us extra towels to barricade the water.
