The property is perfect, it’s big, beautiful and the location is next to Spagna, 10 mins from trevi fountains and 14 mins from pantheron and surrounded by many eateries. The staff is very helpful. Prompi tiramisu is just across the streeet - a must try.

The only thing I would share is that they don’t have a large enough bathroom and powder room to freshen up in. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to get ready and open in our luggage in a very tight area. No plus easily , no place to put our handbag or carry on . They should have a better powder room lounge for guests to be able to use when they arrive especially in the case when they are arriving from travel and need to freshen up before the rooms ar steady

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. First, we booked a hotel, but were placed in an off-site apartment, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The apartment was not properly maintained and was completely lacking in basic hospitality services. During our entire stay, no one came to: • Take out the trash • Change the towels • Replace bed sheets • Clean the apartment at all We had to manage everything ourselves, which is unacceptable for a place listed as a hotel. Additionally: • The bathroom had a strong odor that was never resolved • The shower water switched from hot to cold constantly—we informed the staff, but no one came to fix it This was not the experience we expected or paid for. I do not recommend this property, especially for families or groups looking for a comfortable and properly serviced stay.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Spanish steps are so close. Gelato outside the hotel. Shopping is all around the hotel. Beds are super comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and very pretty. Definitely the most bougie hotel in our 3.5 week stay in Italy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

When you are traveling, sometimes you do fast reservations, it is not clear that this hotel has different buildings around Rome. The photo that I saw when I did my reservation wasn’t the room I got and it is not a big deal but they should make sure it’s clearly communicated. The staff is awesome including the pick up at airport and taking us to the airport. Amazing location. Room could have been better - bed not so comfortable.

***Guest Luxury Apartment with Terrace*** I actually debated writing this review because I didn't want to share this secret. This brand new unit exceeded my expectations. Everything feels fresh and well-designed, with quality finishes throughout. The terrace is definitely a highlight - perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with nice views over the area. The location on Via di Ripetta is really convenient. You're close to major attractions but the neighborhood feels safe and walkable. I was comfortable walking around both during the day and at night. What impressed me most about these Condotti luxury apartments is how quiet they are despite the central location. It's not easy to find that balance in Rome, but this place manages it well. I slept soundly each night. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful base in a great location, this is worth considering. The services from the parent Hotel Condotti is firet class. They are just a whatsapp message away with questions or anything you may need.
