The location was very convenient and the staff was accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again. The AC was a relief during one of the hottest weeks of the summer.

The property was not as close as it says to some of the sightseeing. We have no problem with walking but online it states that you are a lot closer. We had no problem as well not being in the main building but it was under construction and we have a child so we felt uncomfortable and the rooms were very small we had to be changed to another one. They stated that it would be on floor level and easier, we still had to climb stairs and it was the room next door. So still had tools everywhere, lost water at some point, lucky this was only a few days get away. Is not a 4 star hotel, does not look like any picture! False advertisement, disappointed this was our “relaxing” stay for Rome. Go somewhere else.

Center of everything

The apartment is very close to everything - metro station, luxury shopping, Spanish steps and restaurants. Even if it’s in the middle of everything, our nights were restful because it was quiet. Sights are walkable. I loved the convenience of having a cooking area for our family trip because it gives us a choice to cook and save a little money and time sitting in a restaurant. In addition, there’s a washer that I loved because I don’t want to haul dirty and stinky clothes in the luggage. The front desk (located in a different building) was very helpful in giving us information about the city and they also assisted us in getting a taxi going to the train station.

The property is perfect, it’s big, beautiful and the location is next to Spagna, 10 mins from trevi fountains and 14 mins from pantheron and surrounded by many eateries. The staff is very helpful. Prompi tiramisu is just across the streeet - a must try.

The only thing I would share is that they don’t have a large enough bathroom and powder room to freshen up in. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to get ready and open in our luggage in a very tight area. No plus easily , no place to put our handbag or carry on . They should have a better powder room lounge for guests to be able to use when they arrive especially in the case when they are arriving from travel and need to freshen up before the rooms ar steady

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. First, we booked a hotel, but were placed in an off-site apartment, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The apartment was not properly maintained and was completely lacking in basic hospitality services. During our entire stay, no one came to: • Take out the trash • Change the towels • Replace bed sheets • Clean the apartment at all We had to manage everything ourselves, which is unacceptable for a place listed as a hotel. Additionally: • The bathroom had a strong odor that was never resolved • The shower water switched from hot to cold constantly—we informed the staff, but no one came to fix it This was not the experience we expected or paid for. I do not recommend this property, especially for families or groups looking for a comfortable and properly serviced stay.
