The staff was very accommodating and the room was facing the back in order to avoid the normal and expected commotion at the Trevi Fountain. We felt the room would benefit for an upgrade though.

Without a doubt the best location in Rome everything is walkable and the trevi fountain is literally 25 ft away from hotel entrance Fabrizio is amazing great help on everything Goes the extra mile Maria in the rooftop bar is unbelievable Camilla very helpful and resourceful

The location was perfect and the view can’t be beat. Definitely book a room with a Trevi Fountain view. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We will be staying here when we come back to Rome.

I enjoyed where the property was located and being able to see the immaculate Trevi Fountain right outside my window 24/7. Hotel Fontana has stores all around it and you have many great options for food and shopping in addition to cheap "tap and pay" public transport available. Another thing is the foutain offers great white noise which can be helpful for sleeping. Things I didnt like were the cleanliness of my room and how many tourists surrounded the fountain making it difficult to enter/exit the hotel. However, the most annoying thing was the staff always asking me my room number when entering the 3rd floor rooftop. It seemed like they didn't think I could be a guest at a hotel which I find disrespectful.

The hotel is amazing! The view of the fountain is perfect with a rooftop bar which served beautiful wine and breakfast. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as a tourist. I will definitely stay again.

I love love this hotel. It was walking distance to everything. You could get a taxi a block away. Restaurants, gift shop bar Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was included. I would definitely stay here again! I give it 10 STARS.

Location location location The perfect stay to start our dream vacation. Our room over looked the Trevi Fountain. Top floor had a cute little restaurant. Open for breakfast. Then after a day of touring a glass of wine and snacks. Staff were amazing.

The hotel was exactly what we needed—unique rooms with Italian charm and a comfortable bed after a long day of site seeing. The hotel restaurant provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a PERFECT view of the trevi fountain above the crowds outside. The noise of the people visiting the fountain outside couldn’t be heard from our room (though once in awhile we’d hear a faint whistle from the fountain attendants directing visitors). The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests for additional shower items and water bottles. We were also able to leave our bags when we arrived since we arrived before check in time—the bags were waiting for us in our room by the time we returned to officially check in. Given that this hotel is RIGHT in front of the fountain and only feet from gelato places, shops and restaurants, this was an excellent deal to stay here. Be advised that a car cannot get right in front of the hotel door to drop your bags, but the car/taxi can pickup/drop off maybe 50 feet from the door so it wasn’t bad!
