I didn't realize when we arrived that the check in desk would be up two flights of stairs. If you have luggage (versus carry on bags), unless you are traveling alone, I recommend you have one person in the party stay below while the other goes up to do the check in. I didn't realize that this property has a separate building for some of the units. We did get help carry up our bags, but then we had to go down again to get to our unit. The staff is extremely helpful with bags, so it worked out quite well. I would just have checked in without the bags if we had known. I think this property is a great value for the money. It is VERY convenient to the train station, and the room was comfortable and clean along with being very quiet. I highly recommend the twin courtyard room. :)

Room was very small very dark. Room was also hot. The area was very noisy as persons were loading and offloading items behind the window. We did not stay and checked out. The staff was very nice and did everything they could to accommodate however we were not comfortable. The room photos are a representation of the room maybe when it was now built. It no longer looks like that

I liked its proximity to train station, the courtesy of staff, room comfort, good breakfast, etc. My only complaint was the lack of an elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Although I am able-bodied without any need for a wheelchair, I do feel strongly about access for handicapped guests.

Good Location

No Air Con as it was not summer (early May). No free breakfast although both my invoice from Expedia and their own website indicated the breakfast was free. They were going to charge 5 Euros per person per day. The location is quite close to the main railway station.

Excellent and helpful

Our briefly layover with Hotel Luciani was pleasant and simple. Upon arrival the staff helped us to our room and assisted in moving our large quantity of baggage. This was extremely appreciated, as we were traveling with 3 children under 4 years of age. Our room was clean and in wonderfully close proximity to the train station. We were able to pop out to a nearby restaurant (La Capitale, if you would like a recommendation in the area), shower quickly, and board our train for Palermo. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Below expectations

No elevator in the hotel. Room was too small, bed was just 2 steps away from door. Family or friends, they were not allowed to enter or view the hotel room although for 5minutes. A bit smells in the room.

Convenient location

We had a pleasant time there. Simple basic hotel, close to transportation. The shower stall was a bit narrow ( I'm petite), so if you're a big person, you may want to ask if your room offer a larger shower stall.

The staff and location was great! Room is clean and spacious. Toilet needs to be refurbished - no enough pressure to flush the toilet after using. The double bed is not really double bed. It's 2 single beds attached to make it a double bed.

Good location

A well located hotel, quite location, excellent access to transportation . Rooms were disappointing with no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, also no glasses or sink plugs, nosey a/c unit, room small. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Well located

Very well located. A lot of steps to get to your room, it was hard for me specially with a bad knee. The shower and the toilet were in the same place, there were water all over.
