I liked the hotel was in a walkable neighborhood. The rooms are very small. We had 2 rooms. One room had hot water all the stay but the other room was without electricity about 30 minutes. But no hot water to take a shower. The other room was fine. No space to open 2 suitcases because it was very small. But overall we liked the hotel. No breakfast

The location is great, yet extremely quiet. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was good. The only negative was the AC made everything constantly feel damp.

Hotel Navona was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed being right on the south edge of the Piazza and walking distance to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The ladies loved all the great shopping, especially the leather shops in the area. The facility was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and professional. Claudia at the front desk was always ready with recommendations and booked our car service back to FCO on our last day. I recommend Hotel Navona to anyone.

Great location for walking to all of the major sites (Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, just minutes from Pantheon). It was terribly warm weather the week we visited and the air conditioning was wonderful! One morning we had the breakfast at the hotel - similar to continental breakfast you may experience in the US. Most mornings we had early entrance times so we bought pastries and juice the evenings before and ate before we left for the day.

Is a great location near Piazza Navona with a lot of little restaurants and shops nearby. Also walkable to the Pantheon, Travis Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and we even walked to the Vatican!

Pros: The hotel is in great location. It’s modernized with new security system. Cons: The bed in our room had blood stains on the window side and the sheet doesn’t cover the mattress. The breakfast is not very appealing. We have to ask the staff for coffee.

Our room was in a completely different area/building than the hotel. You had to walk out of the building completely, and around the corner. The entrance to our area was not marked on the outside as the hotel, nor was a well lit. My husband was hurt from a fall days before, and we had to climb 20 steps with no elevator to our room. The room itself smelled like something stale, maybe even cigarette smoke. The bed was so hard, I checked it in the middle of the night to see if it was truly a mattress. When we went to leave, no one would answer at the front desk to call us a car, and since we were now in a different building, we couldn't go to the front desk with all our luggage. We walked to the hotel down the street and they called our taxi.
