The perfect hotel

Location was excellent. You are within walking distance of all of the sites. The customer service was excellent. We reserved the family suite which was amazingly spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was in an annex and that meant 40 steps to climb but the room was very nice and roomy for Europe and had an excellent updated bathroom.

They did not give me the right room that I booked and paid for. It should be a quadruple room so I am expecting a bigger room good for 4 people but instead just good for 2 1/2 people. My son is 16 and the bed is small, it looks like for a toddler. They said because we were only 3, if I want they will put another bed in the room. I don’t think that is logical. They should just put us in the exact room that I booked and paid for!

It's near Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. Hotel is a historical bldg with modern convenience added but bathroom is little small compared to what I'm used to.

Easy location for all the best touristy spots in Rome. The rooms are small but they are clean and have everything you could need. Besides who wants to hang out in their room when there is so much to see and experience!

Great location—a little dated

The place was very small and not accommodating for larger people. Short doorways and narrow stairs. I found the room had a strange smell, but was overall clean. Coffee at breakfast was wonderful. The ac didn’t work very well, but it was extremely hot outside. The location was perfect and next door to this cool bookshop and tiramisu place! Piazza Navona is beautiful. It sufficed for myself and my son, but definitely would’ve been too small for 2 adults. We got a room with two twin beds.

We loved our stay at Hotel Navona. The building is tucked away in a quiet alley and the entrance is beautiful. Staff were helpful and accomodating. The room was clean, cute and nicely renovated. The elevator and A/c were an addded bonus! Hotel was close the the Piazza Navona and the Trevi fountain. Great location
