A difficult review, I'll touch on the good and the less so good... I knew it wasn't really a "proper" hotel. Reception is only open until 3pm, except by arrangement. There is almost no central area or anywhere to sit except in your room, and no other facilities there. It's 7-8 rooms, on the first floor of a 5-6 story terraced building, on a small/narrow street that wasn't easy for our mini-bus to drop us at, and the return didn't even try. Our room was OK, but the bathroom was tiny, the shower the smallest I've ever seen, but they were functional. Our bed-sheet and duvet each had a dirty stain that I should have asked to be replaced. Breakfast was timely, but awkwardly served on a tray to the room. A near-warm coffee, juice, some funny biscuits, some nice rolls & lovely cakes & lots of jams, peanut butter etc, and 2 hard-boiled cold eggs. Yet no napkins, knife, fork, spoon, plate except what was already in the room. There was no milk for the in-room coffee/tea either. On the plus side, the a/c worked well; the staff were very friendly & helpful; the "hotel" is in a great location, with many Top 10 attractions just a 5-10 minute walk, and almost all others up to 25 mins away. For what we paid for the room (a bargain package), in *central Rome*, with "breakfast" supplied, it was good value! The bad points didn't spoil our stay, though I'm glad we stayed just 4 nights. Would I return? Probably not. Worth a stay on a first budget Rome trip though? Probably.

Zentrale Lage, jedoch im EG und Bar vor dem Fenster, das sich nicht ganz schliessen liess und daher war es ziemlich laut. Das Zimmer stank nach feuchten Wänden.

Falls man ein Gut und günstig gelegenes Hotel sucht n Rom, dann ist dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl.

Perfekte Lage

Das Imperium Suite Navona hat eine zentrale Lage, um die komplette Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erkunden. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse in der Nähe des Piazza Navona. Das kleine Hotel (im 1. OG) und der Hoteleingang sind sehr unscheinbar, aber es ist ein kleines silbernes Schild mit dem Hotelnamen an der Wand. Ein Aufzug für das Gepäck ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und spricht einwandfreies Englisch. Das Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer serviert. Die Zimmer erfüllen für einen Citytrip ihren Zweck und alles in einem ist das Hotel definitiv empfehlenswert. Taxikosten vom Bahnhof Termini. ca. 10-12€
