Great place in Rome walking distance to everything we walked all the way from Vatican City to the Coliseum to the Central Mercado, About 2 minutes from the fountain of trevi. It was a very quiet room, no complaits here.

The hotel overall was great, rooms were cleaned and the area was perfect. The front desk opens from 9am-8pm which doesn’t work well if you have an early flight and are in need of a taxi, there’s no one there and even if you call the phone number provided for emergencies no one answers.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom apartment near The Spanish Steps. The apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed with a kitchen and washing machine. Jasmine (the hotel manager) and Shan (housekeeping), were both friendly and helpful, and quick to accommodate any needs that came up.

Pros: Helpful receptionist (was responsive with phone and Trevelocity chat service), large room compared to others we've stayed in, courtyard facing window, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room, cold AC, plenty of hot water, firm king size mattress. Cons: Address on busy street, noisy AC sounded like a bi-plane flying around in the room, bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and no breakfast. But, take a short walk to L'Antico Forno next to Trevi Fountain, and you'll find a few groceries, a deli, and the best cornettos we've ever found. With exception to the loud AC, our room was nice and quiet while we were there, likely because we had quiet neighbors and a room away from the busy street. Limited front desk hours, makes communication and travel arrangements a little more difficult than a traditional hotel. Overall, works great for a place to sleep for tourists in go mode spending most of their time on the town.

Disappointed

Advertised as “luxury” suites but was just a standard hotel room and on the small side. Front desk did not inform of us the double system of locked doors and how to work them so my friend was stuck outside one night for over an hour before she found help to get in. There was a horrible smell outside our room in the vestibule every night but seemed to be gone by morning. Excellent location but front desk service not available when needed.

Perfect location, the Trevi Fountain was practically in the same block. The communication was great, I was able to do my self check in, they have "storage luggage" (but no locked room, you just leave your stuff in the front desk), but it worked for us. Very quiet, overall clean, but I think they can improve the cleanliness in the shower and the toilet. You have to leave your toiletries on the floor of the shower :-/. The rolling bed was not the most comfortable (compared with my other 3 hotels during my trip to Europe), but I was able to sleep. Would I stay there again? Yes.
