The check in desk is on the third floor. You can’t get in without a code or key card. The guy has to come down to let you in. The shower ran out of hot water. If you like to stay in quiet areas, this isn’t the one. My family ordered a family luxury suite but they got the same size room as my one person room just with an extra bed with no balcony. I won’t be going back there.

Central to the trevi fountain and other historical sites - walkable if you like to get your steps in. I was very sceptical of the hotel before coming due to the awful reviews i read on here. The hotel room was well kept and I couldn’t fault it - our hotel was a base for us to explore and it served its purpose. It was clean and tidy and the staff on reception were pleasant and helpful. Id stay here again for sure

I hate to give this place anything but a 5 star review because it was actually very nice. The issue was the smell in the bathroom. There’s a strong distinct odor of what can only be described as old kitty litter.

Perfect location 2 to 3 mins walk to Trevi Fountain! Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the metro, and so quiet! We could not hear any street noise. We were in 3 person and it had a king bed and a single bed. There is an elevator, a hair dryer and shampoo, body wash etc. you also control the room air conditioning. 100% recommend!

Love this place rooms are a bit small but they had everything we needed and more. They had treats for us and the staff was excellent.. I didn’t want to leave. Definitely I recommend this hotel and I’ll book again.. we were a large group and they accommodated us with everything.

Horrible hotel, in fact it was like an abandoned warehouse inside. 1-2 person elevator that looked like it was taken from a horror movie. No one to help, no one to ask questions, tried calling the hotel number several times no one ever answered, not one single time. A/C barely worked. Should be a 1 star at best..
