The property is 5 min walk from the Venezia station and lots of small restaurants within in 2 min walk. It is close to Florence’s main cathedral ( about 5 min walking). Uffizi gallery and Academia are each about 20 min walking. So it is very convenient to walk an y attraction site by walking. It is very safe in the night. Although, from outside the building does not look nice, inside is clean and nice. Front desk staffs are very helpful and whenever something needed to be fixed, they stay on top of it. Each room has its own safety vault. The free breakfast is also good.

We were happy to see that the hotel was very updated and very clean... and not too far away from the airport as we were quite tired when we arrived. I did ask the manager if they had some cereal as two of our party needed to take medicine and I thought they both needed something on their stomach; however, the manager said he didn't have any cereal. He didn't offer any thing else even though a kitchen with tables was set up just outside our room. I did walk around that area thinking perhaps I might find at least some bread to offer my family before they took their pills. The manager appeared immediately and asked me if he could help. I asked if he might have some toast and he smiled and said he didn't. So I guess this hotel doesn't offer a breakfast or even a slice of toast for travelers that arrive after 8 at night and leave before 4 in the morning!

Very nice and clean room. The reception staff was great (I don't remember his name). Explained in detail the area restaurants and provided recommendations. This was a quick one night stay before a flight out of fco. I was happy with the room and shuttle service to the airport.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay here. Room and lobby area was very clean. There was an elevator to hotel entrance. Twin beds were comfortable and little larger than twin size. Hotel was close to everything. It’s a very busy area. Balcony doors were good at shutting out the street noise. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

We were expecting a small hotel, but it’s more like a b&b. The rooms were small with nowhere to put your suitcase. I Would not be able to stay more than one night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
