This is a small boutique hotel. It is in a great location and you feel immersed in the culture. It’s not fancy but it’s very nice. Everything you need. Good breakfast with many pastry options and hard boiled eggs. Easy to walk to many historic sites and a bonus is right out the building front door is any amazing restaurant. I loved staying here.

Awesome location, with great restaurants, gellato shops, and bus stops right outside. 5 mins walks to Trevi and Pantheon, 10min to Spanish steps. We even walked to the Tiber river in 15 to 20 mins and then took a bus back. Direct bus routes to Colosseum, Palazo Venetia, and Roma Termini. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was very good, though it is pretty much the same daily. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7 days.

Great location. Restaurant outside of entrance was excellent (service & pricing & taste). Be aware that you have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the lift( go to 3rd floor)then carry luggage back down a flight of stairs to access actual entrance to nightly rental area.
