This recently renovated apartment combines the classic roman charm of the original roof beams with the modern style of furnishing.
This is an ideal home to experience a great stay in the capital of Italy.

This enchanting apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical XIX century building.
It enjoys a private entrance in a reserved alley. This allows you to spend a quiet night while living in Trastevere, one of the most vibrant area of Rome's city center.
This comfortable and fully renovated suite welcomes guests that will feel immediately homey thanks to its warm atmosphere.

The apartment with modern furnitures has all comforts you may wish to enjoy your stay: Plasma TV, Smart TV, free WiFi, open kitchen fully equipped with electric cookers, frigobar, coffee machine and microwave oven.
The Bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to the very spacious bathroom with mixed jet shower and two window that overlooking a private internal courtyard.

It is perfect for 2 or 3 people as the living room is equipped with a cozy sofa-bed, where you can have a good rest in the night or relaxing while reading a book daytime.

The house is located in the heart of Trastevere, the picturesque medieval district located on the west bank of the Tiber. Part of the historic center of Rome is the perfect place to catch a glimpse of the old world while enjoying the today life of Romans people.
A few blocks from the apartment you can find the open air market in Piazza San Cosimato where the stands display a rich range of fruit and vegetables, Piazza Trilussa the most popular meeting place in the area and many other alleys where you can take a break for a drink or eat the good food of Roman cuisine.

If you want to take public transport, the area is extremely well served by buses or the Tram such as number 8 or H to Termini station or many others in the direction of the city center. Our stop is "Piazza Sonnino".
Equidistant from the Colosseum and the Vatican, our accomodation is the ideal place to discover the secrets of Rome.
San Pietro and the Vatican city are about twenty minutes by walk and crossing the Tevere from the Garibaldi Bridge you get to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, the Roman Forum, Colosseum and many other attractions by walking in a maximum of 15-30 minutes.

The house is as advertised. We loved our stay at this quaint and comfortable apartment. The location was right in the center of a lively neighborhood but off a quiet street so you felt away from it all. Stefano is an e excellent host. His apartment is super cute,very clean and fully stocked. We only stayed two days but would definitely recommend for a longer vacation. About a 35 minute walk to the Vatican and a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum.

Cozy, Artistic Apt inTrastevere

The apt was lovely, but awkward and a bit cramped. The microwave was under the the counter behind a door in a very narrow kitchenette area. Both my husband and I, although 80ish, are slender and fit. We couldn't imagine how any large person would be able to navagate the kitchen and bathroom essentials. I missed the charm that comes with face to face contact with the host, but Stefano was responsive. No problems with checking in or out. You can walk to lots of restaurants and 2 grocers, as well as to bus stops with ease. All in all, this was a great place to stay. I'd give it a 4.7 rating. Also, the heating system kept us warm, a real plus!

Overall such a cute place in the heart of the city! The place itself was perfect for 2 people and was very easy to access. The bathroom was the worst part of this experience. The shower sprayed everywhere and made the bathroom a soggy mess without enough towels. Overall would recommend for 1 or 2 people looking for a few days stay in Rome!!

Great location in Rome. The accommodation had everything we needed and allowed for a small amount of own food and cooking. There was a pull out couch for our son. Stafano was the GOAT host. He was responsive (spoke great English), helpful and made us feel comfortable.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Everything about the apartment was as described. Apartment was equipped with everything that could be needed - dishes, coffee maker and coffee, umbrellas, universal adaptor, robes, plenty of towels, hangers, small safe, and more. Host was at apartment to greet us and show us the place. Location is perfect for walking to the many different neighborhoods. We would stay here again (and again).

Our stay in Trastevere was excellent! Stefano was incredibly helpful with any questions we had, and he helped arrange private drivers from the airport, and then to the cruise port. The apartment was clean, well kept, and perfectly located in Trastevere. You are able to walk to all major sites from the apartment. When we return to Rome, we’ll be looking to stay here again.
