Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We liked the location of this property. It was convenient for almost everything you would need or want, including a laundromat (because there is no clothes washer). There is a bus stop and taxi stand across the street.
The room itself was not very good. The furniture was old, especially the bed. The mattress was lumpy and needs replacement. Getting a good night's sleep was hard to come by. There was a hot plate, but no microwave.
The bathroom was worse. The shower was small, moldy, and smelled. We realized the note for "don't throw paper towels in the toilet" really meant to not flush toilet paper and put it in a tiny trash can. There weren't any other trash cans available so disposing of any garbage, let alone used toilet paper was not an easy thing to do!
It's unfortunate how convenient this property location is because we won't be coming back.
