Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Didn’t hold my room after plane delay. Tried to guarantee with a credit card but didn’t want to take it. I believe they had already given the room away. I had to take a taxi one hour south. It cost 200 Euros!! Not happy.
