We stayed in the Duplex Suite Prestige. The staff was really kind and welcoming. The suite was clean but unfortunately there were some concerns: -low water pressure (both upper and lower floor) -hot water takes a while to come (both floors) -bathroom door unable to close/ lock (both floors) -mattress on the lower floor is pretty old, sinks down in the middle, and you feel the springs -suite is next to the elevator, can hear people walking and moving stuff -a couple old water marks on the floor

Amazing hotel, close to everything! Breakfast buffet was great! Even had someone there to make you fresh coffee or cappuccino each morning. Our room was spacious enough for my family of 4 (2 young adult children), and amenities were excellent. Daily water bottles, fresh clean towels daily, front desk staffed all day. 2 min walk to Campo de Fiori, 15 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 30 min to the Colosseum and Vatican, 5 min to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere! Dining options right outside the door in the piazza. Excellent area, very safe and quiet. Only thing they didnt have was laundry (even though it states so on their website). Highly recommended this hotel! We thoroughly wnjoyed our stay.

Older hotel and convenient location to major attractions and food. Room accommodated my family as needed. Excellent staff, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated the front desk staff and breakfast room lady (didn’t get her name), but she was lovely.

Great location many attractions within walking distance. Staff wal knowledgeable and very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs to get to room elevator was small but helpful to transport luggage. Bathroom was small but clean,the shower would be charging for larger individuals. The air-conditioning worker well and much appreciated.

We LOVED our stay at Pizza Farnese Luxury Suites. we were greeted by Claudio, who immediately made us feel welcome and cared for. Our room, with balcony overlooking the Piazza, deserves an A+ for layout, cleanliness and comfort. But what really made us happy and satisfied was the warmth and care we received from Claudio and Verily, who hosted breakfast. Both outstanding. Location, terrific. We'll recommend this hotel to friends!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome with our two children. The room was spacious and very clean, giving us plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect— shops, restaurants, and, of course, plenty of gelato were right outside your door. We’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers, especially families.

Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in the front door. Claudio met us downstairs and brought our luggage up to our room. Reception was welcoming. Our room was incredible. The only room in the hotel with a balcony and it was overlooking Piazza Farnese. Bed was comfortable and the furniture was very stylish. Just perfect and cozy. Air conditioning worked great and WiFi was consistent. Breakfast was very good every morning with fresh coffee and cappuccino, fresh pastries and cakes, fresh fruit and charcuterie. Beverly was the breakfast staff and when we had to leave early for a tour she made us coffee and breakfast before we headed out for the day even though breakfast didn’t start yet. Thank you Beverly! Would recommend staying here on your trip to Rome. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to Vatican and many other attractions. Nice rooms. My only feedback is that the keys to open the doors are complicated. They try to give options to make it easier, but it actually seems more complicated to me. Because of this they only gave us one key for the door and there were 3 of us. It would have been helpful to at least have 2. The staff was welcoming and kind and everything was clean.
