Lomatalo 8 henkilölle Trasteveressä

Olemme sijaitsee Viale Trasteveressä, Rooman sydämessä.

Miellyttävällä kävelyllä alueen ominaispiirteillä pääset S-kirkkoon. Maria Trasteveressä, mutta myös ylittäen Garibaldi-sillan, Piazza Farnesen, Campo de 'Fiorin, Panteonin, juutalaisten neljänneksen, Campidoglion ja Piazza Navonan.

Raitiovaunupysäkki 8 sijaitsee muutaman kymmenen metrin päässä asunnostamme ja sen avulla pääset nopeasti Largo Argentiinaan ja Trasteveren asemalle, joka yhdistää Rooman Fiumicinon lentokentälle.

Trastevere on historiallinen alue, jolle on ominaista käämityskujat, joissa muinaisten käsityöläiskauppojen vieressä on tunnetuimmat trattoriat, joissa voit kokeilla roomalaisia ruokia.

Huomaamatta on vierailu suurelle Porta Portese -kirpputorille, joka pidetään joka sunnuntaiaamu.
Gianicolo-lomahuoneisto, joka sijaitsee 4. kerroksessa hissillä, valoisa ja moderni, on hiljattain remontoitu ja kunnostettu kalusteina.

Talo on rakennettu seuraavasti: 3 makuuhuonetta, yksi kolmen hengen parivuode ja yksi kokoontaitettava sänky, toisessa parivuode, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja toisessa kolmen hengen huone, jossa parivuode ja yhden hengen vuode. Saatavana on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, molemmissa suihkulla ja toisessa tupla-altaan kanssa.



Tilavassa olohuoneessa voit rentoutua kahdella mukavalla skandinaavistyylisellä sohvalla tai kerätä pöydän ympärille.

Keittiö on pieni, mutta siinä on kaikki mukavuudet: uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, jääkaappi ja pakastin.



Moderni Skandinavian inspiroima tyyli integroituu täydellisesti antiikkikalusteisiin, kuten olohuoneen suuriin maalauksiin tai kristallikattokruunuihin.

Ilmastointi on läsnä kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ja aulassa. Pyykinpesukone ja WI FI ovat myös saatavana.
Huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Santa Maria in Trasteveren basilika. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great place in a fun neighborhood - perfect for 4 to 6: people

Stayed here with 6 people. Communication with the property staff was perfect, and they even helped set up taxi service whenever we asked. The AC worked perfectly and was a godsend. A great place to stay!

Nice apartment in a good location

This is a wonderful location in Rome. The building looks suspect from the outside but dont let that fool you. The apartment is nice and as discribed. Just be aware that they did charge an additional "tourist tax" on top of all the other charges which was annoying.

Great apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the Trastavere neighborhood. The location was on a busy street, not especially glamorous, but the apartment turned out to be quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. It was close to grocery stores, great restaurants, sights, and shopping, and not at all touristy. The VRBO staff were attentive and easy to reach. And the appliances worked great - wifi, washer, dishwasher, heating units etc. All in all a nice place.

Romac was a great host, they were very helpful in the booking and planning of the property. The apartment is in a very good location, there is a great spot for breakfast down the street and a pharmacy and supermarket next door. The apartment was super clean and the air conditioning did its job! (90 degrees F) during our stay. The property is in walking distance to all of the attractions or easy enough to get cabs. Check in and out was very easy and Romac was a pleasure to work with.

We loved our stay!

Everything was fantastic about our stay at this beautiful apartment. The check in was smooth with a personal greeting and walk through of the apartment and all communication was prompt and friendly. The Romac team offered to help with everything and we took them up on helping arrange a driver to the airport who was timely, friendly and very entertaining! The location is fantastic and we walked everywhere in Rome during our four night stay. Highly recommend this apartment and working with Romac!

Great place in great location.

My 2 adult children, my husband and I stayed in this perfectly located and exceptionally clean apartment on our recent trip to Rome. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we had more than enough room to spread out during our 5 day stay. Communication was lightening fast and the location couldn't be beat. Coming from NYC we walk everywhere but public transportation was easily accessible should we have wanted to use it. Highly recommended for a very clean, very comfortable place to stay in Rome.

Clean and comfortable for our group of seven. Host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us with transfers and tours, as well. Location was great. Looks a little sketchy from the street view on Google, but neighborhood was great and building was very secure.

Trastevere Terrific

What a lovely apartment and a great neighborhood for food and cobblestone streets. Nutella croissants for breakfast, pizza for lunch, pasta for dinner followed by gelato!! You can take an Uber to see the sights or walk about 20-30 minutes. The apartment is 5 flights up the stairs and there is a small elevator. The 3 bedrooms are very large with comfy beds and lots of storage. Having 2 full bathrooms was a bonus for our family of 5. We had a wonderful experience!

Spacious and sunny apartment

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children had a fantastic time in Trastevere. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The 2 bathrooms are large with excellent water pressure. The 3 bedrooms are sunny, with comfortable beds. Location is excellent, a few steps from Giselda for your morning coffee and corneto. Location can’t be beaten. We highly recommend this apartment. Nathalie from ROMAC was an excellent host, personally welcoming us to the apartment.

Great property. Great location. Great service.

This place was a delight. The location was wonderful. A little bit of a walk to many of the top sights during the day, but right in the heart of so much to do at night. Which was perfect for us. The appartment was as advertised on all accounts. Everything worked perfectly and it was very clean. The air coniditioning was amazing and really unexpected given the upper 90s days during our stay. We were never even a little hot in the house. But the biggest surprise was the service. It's not typically something I think of with a VRBO, but the property managers reached out to us before and during the stay. They even arranged car service for us to the airport early on a Sunday morning. When we e-mailed them with a question we heard back within minutes. It felt like a hotel experience.
