Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, nice clean room. Can be pretty noisy in the mornings if you have the window open like we did…but nothing to really worry about too much.

I was contacted by the property manager multiple times asking for my arrival time so they could have staff available for check in, but there was no staff present and the doors were locked. We booked a suite with the understanding from their listing that there would be a mini fridge stocked with free beverages, but the fridge was empty and didn’t even work. When I contacted the provided phone number they said Italian law prohibited them from selling any beverages. Why promote the free mini bar with suites if you legally cannot provide the beverages? There were clear markings on the doors to be out of your room by 11 AM for cleaning every day, which is totally reasonable, but we had a teenager in jeans and a tank top knocking on our door at 9:30 AM asking if we’d want it cleaned. Lastly we didn’t even have a shower in our room. We had a hot tub. Not a large bathtub but an actual hot tub. This took about 30-45 minutes to fill and it was never clear which direction the knob needed to be turned for hot water as the consistency of the water temperature changed every day. We will never recommend this “hotel”

Reception was very friendly. Good place for a quick stay. Only recommendation/downside is there was no conditioner, no lotion, and no drinking water. The information booklet in the room was outdated so the information was incorrect. Other than that is was good.

I booked a 2-night stay at a property through a well-known platform, but my experience quickly turned frustrating. Upon arrival, I did not receive the necessary entry instructions, leaving me stranded on the street for over 2 hours. I had to find another place to stay that night. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property, I received no substantial assistance. The host claimed they had sent the entry instructions but could not provide any proof. I then escalated the issue to the platform, sharing all my communications with the property. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed effectively, as they mentioned they could not obtain approval from the property management. This experience has made me rethink my choice of booking platform. I strongly encourage others to be cautious when booking properties. Guests should have better protection, and it’s crucial for platforms to ensure accountability in the booking process.

Perfect!!!!!!

I must disagree with the negative comments. Absolutely brilliant the place. We were able to leave our luggage several hours before check-in. Chiara greeted us, explained everything, and gave us the keys. The place is quiet, clean, and modern in an old building. Fantastic. The sheets and towels were of excellent quality, and the room was perfectly air-conditioned. The location is prime for walking to the Vatican or Piazza Navona, and there's a bus stop right outside. I hope to return!

DO NOT BOOK!!! This place is a scam. Booked late in the day at 21:00. Turns out AFTER you book that you can’t check in same day. No communication from hotel because it’s not a hotel. It’s listed as a hotel but it’s just someones apartment in a 6 storey building. They took our money anyway and we had to stay at another actual hotel for 3 times the price last minute after driving around Rome in a cab for an hour at the cost of an additional $100. DISGUSTING behaviour!

Was not happy with the room. There was black mold in the shower and on the shower head. Double shower head one was broke and only was at chest night. Other shower head had mold we didn’t want to use it. The light on the mirror was broke. Could barely use the mirror to see. AC barely worked but with it cool at night we left the window open. Prior to the stay tried emailing and calling to get ahold of hotel and couldn’t until we arrived in Italy. The hotel is a flat that was turned into a 4 room hotel. Location was good. But we would not be staying there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Said breakfast was included in the rate, but the owner said they do not include breakfast and this shouldn't even be shown on the website. So out of pocket for having to pay for breakfast. Hot-tub was broken. 3 night stay and still this did not get fixed before we left. Still not been refunded for this. Amenities listed on the website are wrong. There is no safe to leave valuables, the minibar is not stocked with some free items. Temperature control is shocking, cannot have air-con in February, instead only heating, the room was like a sauna. Recommendation is, choose somewhere else.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to everywhere, good breakfast restaurant right across the street. Room very comfortable but, the pillows were awful. Fantastic location and Riccardo was very helpful with great communication. The property itself was nce. However, the shower didnt particularly work great. And the A/C did t do much against August in Rome. Budget friendly.

A good central location but no customer service at all. There was no sign to indicate the hotel, it was all very strange. It was as if the owner was trying to hide the business. Our toilet was broken, I WhatsApped the number in reception and didn’t hear anything. Needless to say the toilet was mended without any correspondence. A very weird experience.

Overall, our stay here was alright, but some things soured the experience. Cons: The advertised air conditioning was barely functional, it took until the 3rd day for the room to be a somewhat comfortable temperature. The advertised breakfast vouchers were nowhere to be found, and the host was unresponsive when I reached out and asked. The shower head is broken (leaking from the fitting) and covered in what looks like black mold and other nasty stuff. Pros: The location was good, plenty of good restaurants near by, and the host provided a list of recommended attractions and restaurants.

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible. Compramos tres noches de hospedaje en la suit por la máquina de hidromasajes para mi madre para cuando llegáramos de caminar, no me respondieron nunca mensajes para explicarme como encenderla y manejarla y además, cómo se abría el tapón del agua después de uno ducharse porque el agua quedaba en la tina. Les supliqué por mensajes explicarnos para ducharnos a la llegada de nuestro día para evitar ducharnos con el agua estancada sucia en nuestros pies. Nunca hubo nadie en recepción ni respondieron mensajes y nos tocó bañarnos con el agua que tapaban los pies y sucia. Les supliqué una solución y respondieron después de 3 días y después de haber hecho el check out. Luego estaba la reserva de la última noche en habitación diferente sin maquina y les di la oportunidad diciéndoles que podíamos tener al menos esta vez la misma hab con la maquina y al contrario, nos dieron una chiquita, con la maquina de café mala y por el inconveniente, desayunos de cortesía y lo que hizo fue darnos un sandwich partido a la mitad, un dulce y dos refrescos pequeños (ni €8 euros se gastó). El sire acondicionado nunca sirvió la última noche tampoco. El hombre que nos recibió se disculpó por el inconveniente y solo dijo que estaba enfermo en casa con fiebre y por eso no contestó. Tengo fotos de todo y los mensajes y que les sigo preguntando el contacto del dueño desde la primera estancia y no responden. Pagué la suit y nunca sirvió la maquina. Terrible
