Property and room very clean , room a nice size with a good bathroom. Immaculate sheets and towels and little biscotti biscuit on bed was nice touch. Kitchen area very nice and useful. Right next to Vatican city and convenient for the other downtown destinations. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants on the block. Feels very safe. Once you are comfortable with the access into the building , transitional Rome apt building, it feels nicer than a hotel more like you are staying in Italy than a hotel. Highly recomended. Great price.

We loved the common area, coffee service and water/sodas in the room. So thoughtful! Rest guest house is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. We would stay here again for sure.

Property was amazing and very clean. Mia (house keeping) did a great job, left our room very clean. Silvia and her husband were amazing, easy to communicate and very responsive. They waited for us upon our arrival which was nice of them to do. Never felt unsafe in the area. My husband and I will definitely return to Rest Guesthouse.

The location is very convenient. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Vatican City. Wifi was not that stable. Staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were communicated via WhatsApp. You can ask them for an airport or cruise terminal taxi reservation without extra charge.
