amazing hotel in the heart of Rome. Few steps away from Termini train station so very convenient to explore the city or getting straight to the airport avoiding the subway. Rooms are renovated and clean, staff is really welcoming and helpful

Good sized room. Htwe on reception was incredibly helpful and willing to help in all areas. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe next door was ok but there are many other cafes around that offer the same or better for the price. Very convenient for the train from the airport.

In the hot weather coming to a cool room where the air conditioner actually worked was very nice. Beds and service were perfect and conveniently located near the Terminus station. The only downside was shower pressure was very low and the street outside was not very appealing.

Everything seemed in good order, the guy who checked me in was very nice, and the room seemed updated and clean. However when I woke up the following morning I had massive bug bites all over my body and face which I would have noticed prior to going to sleep. I would not recommend staying here and I certainly would not stay here again.

I was charged 20euro for check in at 9:30pm. The bed was too soft. 3 blocks away from roma termini, there will be a lot of choice.

The room is actually in an apartment complex. It is more like a two bedroom condo with your room one of the bedrooms. You can clearly hear the guests in the room next to you. The main advantage is the close proximity to Termini Station. The area is a bit questionable after staying in Spagna which is upper scale.

Modern close to termini station

Great experience . Very close to termini station which also has metro stop and mall . The bar under the hotel has really good pastries and cappuccinos and the staff was very friendly .

A great find

An awesome place to stay. We had 12 of us overall and found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the train station and heaps of restaurants and street markets right outside the door! A great little secret, tucked away amongst a bustling neighbourhood.

Easy walk to Roma Termini with luggage

The hotel was easy to find, even though the signage is small and on the side of the building by a large green door. Only 3 blocks from train. Emailed ahead, so reception person was there. This is more like an apartment, and the staff is rarely present. That was fine for us. The room was attended to daily, free bottle of water daily, 3 keys given to get in to the building (front door, lobby door, room door). The room was clean enough; some areas in the bathroom could use a little extra scrub.

Close to train stn but otherwise not as advertised

The appt I rented was advertised for 5, a king and two single beds with the option for cots. We had an easy check in and the place was clean but the "king" was a very thin pull out couch and the two twins were pushed together to make a big bed but the springs were sticking out of the mattress. There were no cots and the room was smaller than a typical hotel room with nothing extra to make it an appt. They would only give us 4 tickets for breakfast as well.

Short stay in Rome

Stayed 3 nights. Overall, a pleasant stay. Pros: close to train station and amenities. Room and bathroom were large. Condition appeared fairly new. Very warm reception. Manager took time to provide us with a map and details as to the best routes to take. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast, located in cafe right next to hotel, was simple but pleasant. Cons: linens did not get changed two out of the three nights during our stay. Bed not overly comfortable.

Nice hotel inside of an apartment building

ACCESSIBILITY AND CLEANLINESS

it was a walking distance to the Rome Train station which makes it ideal for tourists visiting other parts of Italy or Europe. There are varied restaurants in the area. Train station food choices are not bad and is close by. The bathroom was clean and I love the scent of their bath gels. :) the attendant was quick to reply to our queries before and during our stay.
