Seminaari 87_an taiteilija talo Pantheonissa

Seminaari 87 on täydellinen ratkaisu niille, jotka etsivät modernia, täydellisesti toimivia taloja Rooman keskustassa: Pantheon. Talo on 180 neliömetriä ja se sijaitsee historiallisen hissillä varustetun rakennuksen 1. kerroksessa. Huoneistossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joista kahdessa on oma kylpyhuone ja iso olohuone (40 m²), jossa on vuodesohva. Yksi kolmesta huoneesta sijaitsee yläkerran (20 m²) yläpuolella, siinä on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan yhdistää toisiinsa, ja siinä on oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella. Vierailla on pääsy kaikkiin huoneistossa oleviin palveluihin. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittava Nespresso-kone kahvin valmistukseen mikroaaltouunissa ja astianpesukoneessa. Huoneistossa on myös silitysrauta ja pesukone. Asun muutaman minuutin päässä asunnosta ja olen käytettävissänne kaikissa tapauksissa. Voit ottaa minuun yhteyttä puhelimitse tai tekstiviestinä, ja autan sinua Rooman vierailusi suunnittelussa. Talo on varustettu Netflix, Wi-Fi ja ilmastointi.

Wonderful!

In the center of it all. The pantheon is literally a couple hundred feet away. We are in our mid 60s with bad knees and everything other than the coliseum was in walking distance. So many shops and restaurants nearby, you wouldn’t be able to visit every one. The host helped arrange all our transportation needs and recommended the tour agency, Crazy4rome. Excellent tours. Ask for Yev as your guide. Booking with this host was truly one stop shopping. I count on reviews when booking with VRBO. You truly won’t be disappointed with this location.

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. The hosts we responsive and the listing is very accurate. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The location is the real star though. We ate at three great restaurants all within 30-40 steps from our front door. The Pantheon is a 1 minute walk. It does get a little noisy at night, but not too bad.

Our family loved this Paris apartment — beautifully decorated with incredible artwork that made the space feel like a gallery. The location was perfect, just steps from the Pantheon and close to everything. Stylish, spotless, and comfortable — and the host was absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!

Great Rome Location

The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment and our host were both great. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

Very cool place! LOVED!

Was greeted as soon as we walked up to the door. He was wonderfully, made sure we got a full walk-through of the place. And let us know if we need anything that we could reach out. They also help to set up transportation that picked us up from the airport and brought us back to it. Would stay here again!

Short stay near the Pantheon

The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it covered with ear plugs!

Perfect location

Location location location. Central to the heart of Rome. Family members were able to come and go at different time so that everyone could have their best vacation. The place was spacious allowing people to spread out. Well appointed with all important amenities. Gem of a place. Truly special.

We so loved our stay. Apartment comes as advertised. Clean comfortable secure with all necessities. Host were very helpful. Located in heart of City steps from Pantheon. Great Stay

We had a great time at Seminar 87 and would recommend to anybody. It is extremely well-located (right next to the Pantheon) so many things were walkable for us. It is also located very close to a primary bus stop for those trips a little further than you want to walk. The location itself is decorated well with an obvious artistic flair that we all found interesting. There is plenty of space and the AC in each bedroom was a necessity.
