Conveniently located In downtown Rome with just a hop from Broad Street which is the heart of Rome. Filled with local shops, restaurants and bars.
It's an artsy and eclectic furnished 2 bedroom -1 bathroom apartment filled with vibrancy and color. There are two bikes so our guests can enjoy the wonderful trail system.

If applicable, early check-in will be $20 extra a hour.

The living room features a futon sofa that can sleep two.

Pet fee is $125.

This home was absolutely perfect for a couple, offering a very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space for our stay. Its location is unbeatable—so close to Broad street, making it easy to access local restaurant, Berry College and local sites. We loved that they provided bikes to ride downtown, where there are tons of great restaurants and food options nearby. We highly recommended the location!Pros: Immaculately clean, very comfortable, convenient location, free bike usage, close to dining. 1 hr drive to Atlanta (site seeing)Verdict: A fantastic, cozy choice for a city getaway.

Downtown Blue 1 was a lovely apartment close to downtown Rome. It is in a quiet, industrial neighborhood very close to all the amazing restaurants and bars on the main street of town. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were confortable and the bathroom shower was great. We also appreciated being able to watch TV in both the living room and the master bedroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at Downtown Blue. We are in town a lot in the spring as our son plays a sport at a local college. . We definitely plan to try to book Downtown Blue for those events! The location is perfect! We enjoyed dining downtown, and we both went for runs on the local trails.

What a great location near downtown historic Rome (walking distance to all kinds of cool restaurants and shops) and close to the more mainstream stores as well! Other than the one little glitch with the breaker being popped on the fridge when we got there (a quick, easy fix), the apartment was awesome! The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was nicely renovated (with plenty of towels and hooks to hang them up on....I wish every place had this!). The kitchen was perfect and had space for my husband to work on the one day that he had to. The decor was funky and cool...loved the vibe! I would definitely re-book if we come back to the area!

Overall a great place to stay w/ one major hiccup

The property was in a great location. Perfect for walking around Rome. The hosts were communicative and even allowed for us to check in early. One major thing I needed to add to the review though is the fact that the hosts only provided one roll of toilet paper for the weekend. Our friends had rented the upstairs from the same hosts and had the exact same experience. When I messaged the hosts about this they did eventually send someone over with 2 additional rolls, but obviously that did not happen immediately. When I questioned them on why they don't provide multiple rolls, they informed me this was their standard. My partner and I have stomach issues that are exacerbated by traveling. Spending as much as I did for this place I was horrified when I realized mid using the restroom that there was no more toilet paper. Overall super cute space to stay, but the lack of the essential item means I will probably never booked again from this company. If you stay here maybe just prep by BYOTP (bring you own TP)

Sister get away!!

Me and my 2 sisters came to Rome for a concert! We loved Rome, lots of great places to eat or have a drink in the downtown area which is very close to the rental. The place was well located and it was spotless, very comfortable beds and really great decor! I loved it would definitely rent again! 5 star!!!
