Comfortable 40 sqm studio apartment that can accommodate 2 people located on the second floor of a period building with a lift. The accommodation is located 5 minutes walk from the Cipro metro stop, in an area full of services, shops, bars and restaurants and a few steps from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square. The apartment consists of a bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom.

It is located outside the ZTL and it is possible to park for a fee in the Cipro metro car park.

The internal space is organized in a single room as follows:



- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), TV, desk with chair, wardrobe, armchair and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (2 burners), table-counter with stools, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, split heating, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.



NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.



In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
