Hienostunut ja hiljainen huoneisto ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, historiallisella Via dei Giubbonarilla, aivan keskellä Colosseumin ja Vatikaanin välistä kävelytietä. Muinaiset marmorit, jotka kuuluivat roomalaisille ruhtinaille, seinien osia, joista amforan sirpaleita tulee edelleen esiin: alkuperäistä luonnetta on kunnioitettu huolellisesti nykyaikaisessa remontissa. Se koostuu kahdesta makuuhuoneesta, joissa molemmissa on leveä parivuode ja oma kylpyhuone, johon pääsee makuuhuoneesta, lisäksi olohuoneeseen tarkoitettu yhteistila, jossa on mukava vuodesohva mahdolliselle viidennelle vieraalle. Olohuoneessa on ruokailutila, keittiö, jossa uuni (mukaan lukien mikroaaltouuni), jääkaappi ja kaasuliesi. Pidempiä oleskeluja (yli 10 päivää) varten voimme tarvittaessa tarjota pesukoneen. Ilmastointi joka huoneessa. Pääkylpyhuoneessa on antiikkikeltainen marmori, ja siinä on erittäin mukava suihku (1,50 x 0,90 m); marmorinen pesuallas, joka, kuten muutkin talossa, luotiin suihkulähteestä, joka on peräisin yhden vanhimman roomalaisen perheen puutarhasta. 1. Saapumisen yhteydessä käteisellä maksettavat lisämaksut ovat loppusiivous + pyykinpesu (100 euroa) ja kaupunkivero (6 euroa x henkilö x yö). Rakennuksessa ei ole mahdollista majoittaa ilmoittamattomia ja rekisteröitymättömiä vieraita. Tiedoksi, että siivousmaksu (100 euroa) ei sisälly VRBO:lle maksamaasi summaan. Tällä vältetään tarpeettomat ylimääräiset maksut alustalla. Rakennuksessa ei ole mahdollista majoittaa ilmoittamattomia tai rekisteröitymättömiä vieraita.

2. Jos tarvitset lakanat futon-vuoteelle oleskelutilassa, ilmoitathan siitä meille ennen saapumistasi.

3. Voimme tarjota pyykinpesun sekä makuuhuoneeseen että kylpyhuoneeseen oleskelusi aikana kohtuullisella lisämaksulla.
Huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Piazza Navona. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja takan.

The apartment is in a great location with shops and restaurants literally right outside the entrance to the building. Also, perfect for walking or taking a taxi to visit sites in Rome. Checking in and out were very convenient. Though we arrived very early prior to check-in the host informed us of a luggage holding company within close walking distance to the property and that was critical. I was really happy with the luggage holding company location, the ease of dropping the luggage off, and the price. It made our waiting time for check-in very relaxed. We had coffee and croissants right around the corner and just sat and took it all in. We actually checked in a little early and getting into the apartment was a fast and smooth movement - nothing like trying to check into a hotel. I really appreciated that touch. Check-out was equally as smooth. We just packed and walked down the stairs to a taxi. Lastly, we enjoyed the apartment with the two bedrooms and bathrooms, the location near shops and restaurants, and the friendliness of the local cafe staff.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great, and everything felt clean and well cared for.The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Rome and walking distance to all the major attractions. We felt very safe, even at night, with secure gated access and coded entry. There were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and getting dropped off and picked up by taxis was super easy.Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

This was a great stay for us and a good location. I did misread the 5-minute walk to the Colosseum however so that was disappointing (had I read further into the description I would have seen the actual walking time) but that was my fault. Very clear instructions from the host on how to access the apartment so that was great. Very clean, host was great for communication, it had everything we needed and we were very happy with our stay here! Great location for shops, food, cafes. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this apartment! It was centrally located, close enough to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There are several restaurants very close as well as small markets for incidentals. The unit itself was beautiful with lovely Italian touches throughout. The beds were comfortable, sheets were in good condition, and towels were ample. Communication with our host was amazing - very quick to respond to any question we had. I would highly recommend this unit!

Very rustic apartment. Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Efficient and clean. Comfortable beds I would suggest shower at night for better water pressure. Great location and perfect home base to rest

Stayed at the flat for 5 nights. Great location - enjoyed going to the market in the morning, grabbing gelato in the evening and visiting Rome in the day. Central location to many of the sights and great communication with the owner. Had some confusion with the lights and Francesco came by and helped me out.

Great location in the heart of Rome

Can’t beat the location. Walk to most attractions. Area does get congested and pick up/drop off was a bit challenging when deliveries and vendors were setting up. The main bedroom is great with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. The 2nd shower is tight but adequate. 2nd bedroom Quiet & dark room for Good sleeping. Would recommend!

Fantastic apartment

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was so clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better. We were right next door to my favorite restaurant. The anpar was incredibly quiet. All the communications with the host were quickly responded to. We can’t wait to return and hope we can stay at the house of marbles

Great Security and 3 spacious rooms

Accomodation and rooms were comfortable enough. I did however ask for the sheets to be washed without fragrance's due to my allergies but unfortunately the request wasn't met so my stay wasn't very comfortable. Other then that the location is good and has what you need for a short stay. Communication getting into the apartment was good. Take earplugs as the doors are very heavy and when other apartments shut there doors from the stairwell there is a loud slam.

What a wonderful apt

We had such a fantastic stay in Rome! The apartment was in the perfect location—so central that we could walk to all the major sights without needing transportation. The space was incredibly clean and had these lovely historical details that gave it a really special character. We also had a great time exploring the neighborhood, which was full of amazing restaurants and fun boutiques just steps away. The hosts were wonderful—very welcoming and super responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again.
