Bait and switch

I chose this hotel because it advertised a spa and had a pool. The pool costs $50 dollars per person as it's part of the spa that closed so I never got to use. Also could not schedule me a female masseuse (I'm a woman) kept pressuring to use a man. No pool, no spa, no massage. Would have chose a different hotel 100 percent had I known any of this as it was expensive

Great location

Great all around. Friendly staff at check in, quiet room, perfect location in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The metro and several bus stops are also in walking distance. The restaurant is great, we visited daily for breakfast and happy hour. Breakfast included a variety of coffee and croissants, along with choice of eggs and bacon. A buffet of meats, cheeses, cereal, and other things are included. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and remembered us in the mornings. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions about public transportation and such. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again. The ONLY con I would say, is the lift is very small. If you have a large family or more than a couple of suitcases, you may have to make more than one trip when checking in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at The ONE, I chose this hotel for its location, the room we chose was pretty small but it had everything we needed for our stay. Very conveniently located as we had the Trevi Fountain 5 minutes walking and the coliseum was only 15 minutes away.

The service was excellent! Breakfast was great and convenient every day. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and so very helpful. This was our first trip to Rome and they helped us navigate our stay. Also the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. Great location, nice hotel, specious. Nice staff, great hospitality. The water stream is weak and the shower.conditiom was bad, as the.silicon was falling apart. I didn't like the shower so i wouldn't stay there again

Property is located perfectly in terms of sightseeing ancient Rome. Everything from Colosseum to Trajan column is within walking distance. We didn't need to use any kind of transportation.

Smokey, smelly, suitably unimpressed

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve endured. A non smoking hotel apparently, but in reality, this place smells of smoke. Of course this is down to the residents but it gives you an indication of the type of people this place attracts when the hotel stinks of smoke. When brought to the sole staff member on duty, I was originally questioned as to whether I could ‘really’ smell anything, before he eventually conceded there was a problem. A problem that neither he was uninterested in trying to address. I’ve left the property with a suitcase of clothes that now smell of smoke, and the after effects of having not managed to sleep properly for the duration of the three night stay.
