Spacious and very well located

Great option for a family vacation. Centrally located, with easy walk/bus routes. Large room that fits 4 very well. Great breakfast and roof terrace! Note that the jacuzzi is actually not available, but requires additional (high) payment.

A real gem

I had an incredible stay at The Glam in Rome and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their genuine friendliness and professionalism, making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. The rooftop restaurant was a true highlight — not only does it offer stunning views over the city, but the food quality was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully prepared, showcasing authentic Roman flavors with a refined touch. The wine selection was equally impressive, with thoughtful pairings that elevated the dining experience even further. The location of The Glam is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rome, making it the perfect spot to explore the city’s landmarks, culture, and charm on foot. This hotel truly combines comfort, style, and top-notch service. Without hesitation, I can say that The Glam will be my go-to choice whenever I return to Rome. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel is well situated to explore Rome. The decor is beautiful. Very clean. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. However, we booked this hotel based on the images and description of the rooftop terrace, envisioning breakfast overlooking the awakening city, and evening cocktails enjoying the city lights. However, the main rooftop terrace is only available for use as a private rental at $50 euro, and the secondary terrace with limited views was closed for construction work during breakfast. Surely this work could have been done during a different period of the day as breakfast is only served from 7-10. Very disappointing, given the rate we paid for access to these facilities.

Amazing hotel in an excellent location. Check in and check out were simple and the included breakfast had a good selection. All the staff members we interacted with were super pleasant and helpful. The room was large, the bathroom and shower were great, and all super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in the clerk was very friendly and nice. It was an early check in so only one room was ready. We knew we were early and was prepared for it. After we returned our rooms were ready. During the day the rooms were bright but in the evening they appeared dull and dark. Very cold feeling. I spoke with the clerk about a few items and she offered to move our room. I told her that we were only staying for 2 days and we would be fine. Probably would not stay there if we ever returned due to price and conditions.

If you want a bathroom door … better ask for it. Want a hair dryer? Better bring your own. What is the deal with the bathroom door. You heard me correct … there isn’t one. I was staying with my teenage daughter and son. I thought she was going to have a panic attack. Asked front desk for a new room with an emphasis on it needs to have a bathroom door. We got moved to another room after assurances that it would be acceptable. What we got was the same thing but with a chin high, see through and portable folding wicker divider across the bathroom door. Are you kidding me. It went from annoyance to anger. Room number 3 now had a sliding glass frosted door. At this stage it was workable. The next morning we discovered no hair dryer. We were too best down to even complain now (we’re Canadians and our complaint tank was tapped out):

Property was nice and spacious and the included breakfast was very nice. Hotel advertises jacuzzi etc. but you have to book this in advance and pay for it, which we did not know. We were frustrated by power issues in the room. We had converters but one of those and 3 blow dryers stopped working when we tried to use them. Not sure what the issue was as we have never had this issue before in European hotels.
