Great hotel, location and staff!

We stayed here for one night before.we took a cruise. Hotel was amazing, conveniently located to many attraction, cafe, resturants and shops. Would stay here again.

Excellent property and great location for all major attractions. The staff were really helpful & quality of everything first class. Whilst there was a bar it would have been nice if it had been bigger. When returning to Rome we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean room and staff was awesome. They ever helped when I purchased some museum tickets but everything on receipt was in italian. I understood a little but they explained everything and even printed out the tickets from my phone. Breakfast was also amazing. We ordered way too much food. The only negative which isn't really that bad is the tub/shower setup. There a gap between the tub and shower door so when showering the floor gets wet

Great Location and Great Stay, Very Quaint

Great location and nice room. The entrance was almost hidden and the entry was very small. We had to do stairs whereever we went, very small elevator. Once to the room, it was great.

Location

Location is good only it is over priced for space of room and once we go it in we had to pay extra for having our daughter in same room nothing added to room. They do serve you complimentary drink and have a common drink bar with was nice . Shawer has Turkish bath but not very hot

Centrally located for daily walks to attractions

Great location. Any major landmarks all within a 25 minute walk- but literally just a couple blocks from the famous Pantheon. The stay included daily breakfast delivered to your room- and the breakfast spread in amazing! Talk about a balanced breakfast! Everything from fresh squeezed OJ, to Omelets, Etc. there was one main guy there doing the bell work, plus delivering meals and he is a hustler! Works hard and fast. We also chose a room with a tub inside. Tub was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is not anything to do with the hotel- but due to the location (and being inner city) it was very noisy at all hours. Luckily we still slept great.

First, this is not a kid friendly hotel. From the decor to the room layout it is very adult. One of the rooms we were given smelled unbearably musty. They switched this out to another which seemed fine when we walked in (as they had the windows open). Once we closed the windows that rooms smelled terrible too. They hand no more vacancies so we were stuck with this. In addition the maze of hallways had an overbearing smell of a very strong incense. The day staff was transactional at best and refused something as simple as a request for more pillows. The only great staff interaction was the night manager. He provided the best customer service. We had an early departure and he was immensely helpful making sure that the taxi arrived on time and even waited with us outside to make sure we got on okay. All that said, the location is really great.

Great place except one thing

This place was super amazing everything perfect except one thing! Bit of a safety issue really and so annoying the Ventelation in the shower of our room did not work !! I told front desk and they could not make it work and made excuses. VERY dangerous cuz the the bathroom gets slippery especially that you need to walk up a couple steps to get to the tub/shower. But that’s the only this this place was amazing otherwise

Small but comfortable property which is very well situated to visit all of the main attractions on foot. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you albeit a couple of small niggles with the room were not resolved which I think was down to being lost in translation. We also took advantage of the €12 breakfast in room which was of a very good quality. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
