Great Location

Amazing location but the apartment is in need of some refurbishment. The showerhead in the extra bathroom fell off mid wash and bonked me on the head...it was rather a large heavy flat one so it did hurt. The constant emails from the company demanding that we fill in online forms (that had a bug so didn't work so I had to screenshot everything) was irritating as was the €60 cleaning fee. We stayed there for less than 24 hours. Read the small print. Would stay in a hotel the next time as apartment rental in Italy is no where near the quality like the rest of Europe.

AMAZING allocation, but no Wi-Fi

This apartment is in an AMAZING location, literally steps from the Trevi Fountain and with old Rome so nearby. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and comfortable, and we used the small kitchen and found it all well functioning. There were some bugs in the bathroom but given the age of the building, we found that a little expected. Prior to arrival I provided my flight information but when my flight was delayed and I arrived an hour late to check in they were a little annoyed I had no informed them, although they could have checked. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password never worked and although I called and left a voicemail nobody chalked back to explain or correct it, so we used no Wi-Fi for four days. Overall the location is incredible and the apartment is a dream, but expect to use your own data.
