Staff was great. Only downside was lights went out twice during our 6 days there - just the lights, outlets still worked. And only option for breakfast was the $30 buffet. Terrific pastry shop nearby just off piazza -

The staff is very friendly & professional. They’re always ready to help. Great environment, and it can be seen that the entire place is clean. The hotel is not located in a noisy neighborhood. Several bus lines run less than a block away & there are plenty of Taxis that can be stopped in front of the hotel. There is a Rooftop restaurant in the hotel, it’s pricy but the food is delicious and you can get 30% off, if you make reservations in advance. The Metro station is not close to the hotel. However, the staff was very helpful & provided a map along with the number of the bus that would take us to our destination.
