Just ok…

This hotel is in a great location to walk to all the hotspots, food and fun but it is one of MANY hotels that are side by side. I know we saw at minimum 20-30 hotels in the same location. I don’t like that we paid $528 for our stay and still had to pay for breakfast. The room we had was very small and the shower was even smaller! We are average sized ppl and could barely make a turn in the shower. The bed was 2 twins put together to make a “double” bed, it was very hard and very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly which was a plus but I more than likely would not stay here again because it was not a comfortable sleep at all

Great stay

Easy to access from train station. Front desk lady was so kind and helpful. Rooms clean and basic. Bed slightly softer than what i like but that is just preference. Grocery store nearby, good food at mercato central at train station. Overall excellent. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is super close to the main train station which is easy so you don’t have to travel too far if you have big luggage or it’s your first time in Rome. It’s central so you can both subway or bus to the other neighbourhoods quickly or main tourist attractions like the Colosseum. The station is open early if you need to grab breakfast. Room was clean and good. Only thing is the rooms aren’t very sound proof. You can hear people walking in and out of the hallway and talking or sounds from TV or phones. Otherwise everything is good for the price.

Clean and convenient.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Location is ok (close to the train station and the subway), but it is not a tourist or fancy area. So, if you want a convenient and clean place to sleep, go for it. But be aware that there is not much to do around it, you will need to take the subway.

The staff helped make the time great but I was really disappointed with this stay. The area was very undesirable. Many transients, very dirty walking down the street including lots of human waste around because of the people sleeping outdoors. The rooms are super outdated. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us because our view was really not good. The beds are super hard, like laying on a box. Again, the staff was lovely but I will not be staying here again or in this area. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I’d left luggage there - for a week - on my way to Ginostra. Julieta so obliging and kind. Then back to the hotel yesterday - hot and dusty after a long day’s travel from the Aeolian islands - to a most warm welcome and a room upgrade. How fortunate was I! Comfortably ensconced for the night - I slept well - a great bed, loads of tea and coffee in the room - pristine bathroom - perfect. And so close to Termini - so no drama re catching my flight this morning. Thanks to all concerned - kind regards - Libby Nelson

Great hotel

I had a really good experience overall. The location was great, and the hotel felt safe and comfortable. The lobby representative was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming truly a highlight of my stay. However, the overnight agent wasn’t as pleasant, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall vibe of the hotel was positive, and I’d definitely stay there again.

Great location & a very good and functional hotel. Using Trip Adviser we found a lovely restaurant for an evening meal a 10 min walk away. The rooms are small & very dark .. but the a/c worked ok & the shower was fine.
