Cottage located in Ronda in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Formerly a house of agricultural labor, built in the first third of the eighteenth century. It is located in a quiet area, right in front of a square with gardens and a fountain Arabic style. His peace will irrumpida only by the sound of water that flows from this. The house is located near the Tajo de Ronda and only 5 minutes walk reach the shopping area with bars, cinemas, restaurants and emblematic monuments.

It has now been renovated and divided into a set of 3 contiguous and independent cottages, intended for holiday rental. 3 cottages can communicate the interior, optionally, giving the possibility of accommodating 16 guests simultaneously.

In the restoration they have retained its thick walls that isolate the heat in summer and cold in winter, also has maintained its rustic decor which invites you to a journey into the past of the legendary city.

The house has two bedrooms with exterior views, one double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed and the other with two single beds each. Sofa bed in the living room 135cm can sleep two more people. It also has a kitchen in the living room, a bathroom with tub and patio with barbecue and furniture to get some fresh, while resting his return from his walk through Ronda. The house is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump in living room and bedrooms, microwave, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, WiFi, etc. In the courtyard you can enjoy cool evenings while preparing barbecue with the family. 5 minutes' walk to the swimming pool.

Overall was ok. Issues were lack of kitchen appliances, the host spoke no English, parking was an issue, washer was hard to operate, unit overall was clean, sofa in living room was extremely uncomfortable, WiFi was hit and miss

Great self contained property

The house was great, every appliance you could need, lovely outdoor space and friendly quiet neighbourhood but with the advantage of literally 5min walk to plenty restaurants and bars and all the beauty of Ronda
