THE DOWSTAIR ROOM WAS NOT USABLE DUE TO THE MOLDY SMELL.IT WAS LIST AS 7 ROOMS. WE HAVE 7 COUPLES. 1 COUPLE END UP SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR.

The house was very spacious. Keep in mind that there are only 6 bedrooms (not the 7 advertised). Two of the showers/tubs were inoperable. Being that it is an older house (which is charming) it can also give off creepy vibes--especially the third floor. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is a long term renter in the house. This information is on the website, but it is nestled in a place where it is not easily spotted. The renter stayed in their area for which we were grateful, but it was a bit unsettling at first. I am also hoping that they replace the coffee maker as it took 45 minutes to brew a pot! Also be aware that there is no dishwasher.Things we appreciated: plenty of parking; close to all the action; spacious, charming, lovely grounds (although close to the main thoroughfare); washer and dryer; fairly quiet.

Great trip. The house was very spacious, so everyone had room to go to. Great location for lots of attractions. There is no dishwasher in the house.

Nice House But Issues and Bed Bugs

Masses of bed bug bites after 2 nights there. Listed as a 7 bedroom, only had 6. Heat on third floor broken. Tenant in House had open access to our area of the house. Great space, perfect location, lovely decor.
