Relax at our quiet place in the woods. Just a short drive to Higgins, Houghton or Kneff lake. Also the AuSable river is near by for fishing canoeing/kayaking. Forest Dunes Golf club about just over a mile away, and many other Golf courses are not far. If you like the ORV trails you can enjoy riding right out of the driveway. Guests can enjoy a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this enjoyable space welcomes you with warmth and ease. We are surrounded by state land for those whom like to hunt when in season. This is definitely an all seasons location for all your outdoor pleasures. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all dishes are clean and put away. If not clean please load in the dishwasher and start the normal wash cycle.
Please take all trash out to the black trash bin.
Dirty towels can be put in the shower. Check under beds to make sure you aren’t leaving personal items behind. Turn off AC in back cabin if you used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not park or drive any vehicles or ATV’s on the back lawn. Thank you in advance!
Please do not go up the hill/path on the south side of the house, nor the path/driveway at the far north end of the property. Thank You!
Please make sure you check out at 11:00am housekeeping will arrive at 11:30. If housekeeping arrives and you are there a $50 charge will be added.
