Within the rental price, a basic consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of exceeding this limit, the extra kW will be charged at the current market price, which will be specified in the rental contract.

The pool measures 4x8 meters, with an approximate maximum depth of 1.60 meters.

The villa has a double bed of 180x200 cm, and another double bed of 160x200 cm.

No, but we have it available for rent.

A technician performs pool maintenance once a week.
