The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet building with an elevator, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the train station. Ideal for families, the home offers spacious and functional rooms, tastefully furnished in a modern style with light tones that enhance the natural brightness.
The living area is wide and airy, opening onto a balcony with a distant sea view—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a sunset aperitif. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed that can be used by guests when needed. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals just like at home.
There are two bedrooms designed for maximum comfort: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom includes a convenient shower and a hairdryer.
Amenities include air conditioning in the entrance area, which cools the entire apartment when the interior doors are left open, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, and a private shared parking space—especially useful during the summer months.

Pets allowed for an extra cost of 65 euros per stay, maximum only 1 pet per booking; events not allowed; no smoking; quiet hours from 23 to 7; maximum number of guests 6; first floor with elevator in an inhabited condominium: silence on the stairs. Balcony: Do not lay clothes on the railing. Free parking only in the reserved space in front of the second closed garage. Registered guests only. Smoking prohibited: penalty 200 EUR. At check-in: document and contract signature (Italian law); tax code is required for more than 29 nights. Tourist tax 1.00 EUR p.p./night. Salt and oil not provided. At the start: separate waste, everything turned off, door closed. Pets are always accepted if they are well behaved and it is forbidden to leave them alone at home. The extra cost of cleaning and sanitizing of 65€ is always required.

What you will find: bed linen and bath towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first few days, a dose of dishwashing detergent, pots, pans and all the utensils for cooking.
What we don't provide: food and condiments (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, washing machine detergent, tea towels, garbage bags and paper towels. The shops are nearby.
