Ideal geographical context, apartment furnishings, well-kept, completely renovated, air-conditioned, located on the third floor without elevator. The room has a double bed and a bunk bed (if necessary I can provide a cot for the fifth bed), a large wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with abajour and a dresser. The dining room has a fitted kitchen with 4 burners + crockery, pots and cutlery, table with chairs, combined fridge and 40-inch television. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilets and a washing machine.

Parking space on free public land within 100 meters, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, bars, shops, within 500 meters.

From Vada you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, Florence, Volterra. At 2km are located the famous "Spiaggie Bianche", among the best known in Tuscany.
