We had a lovely pool view room, the bed is very comfortable and the host was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the person in the room above us was dragging furniture around consistently on a tile floor until midnight so had a poor sleep.

Nice place. Make sure if you are arriving after hours to get the lock box code in advance. Called the after hours number but no one answered and we were left outside until we found other help. The room and location was lovely. Easy to catch the ferry to Great Keppel island.

Overall was a good location, a couple of things to be considered is on a 6 night stay only received house keeping once, a couple of maintenance issues are the loungeroom aircon started leaking so might be due for clean/service. Toilet roll holder was loose when we chceked in and eventually fell off during our stay, i super glued it back on, water pressure in shower wasnt the greatest meaning the spa took over an hour to fill. Multiple times i went to stop into reception to speak about these things and no one was there so couldn't really do much but deal with the issues myself. On top of all this Multiple times the receptionist tried to take money from my account weeks leading up to my check in including earlier in the day of my check in when it was stated pay at the property which had been verifed Multiple times to us and receptionist by Expedia and i was made to feel uncomfortable for contacting Expedia to ensure the resort stuck to that as reception wasnt pleased and was ready to cancel our booking

Property was ok. We booked a twin room and did request 2 beds as part of the booking. We arrived to one bed in the room. Returned to reception to rectify the issue and was told this was a twin room and the second bed was a pull out sofa. Overheard another conversation with similar issue. Not a twin room in my opinion. So went to make up the sofa and there was no bedding for it, had to return to reception again, was delivered sheets and pillow cases to the room about an hour later. The lady on the front desk was helpful enough. Room could do with a refresh, a little bit old and tired. Good location though, directly across the road from the beach, good view of the water from the room and within walking distance to the marina. We did have to travel into Yeppoon for dinner as the local restaurant was closed on New Year’s Day. Yeppoon was about a 15 min drive, plenty of options and a lovely area on the beach to admire the views. I would recommend this place, but just make sure you double check the bed configurations before booking.

We liked the location and amenities altjo it should be noted the swimming beach opposite is not patroled.. The decor in the unit was quite dated and the lounge chair was grimey but otherwise it was clean and comfy. I misunderstood twin beds to mean two single beds but apparently it is 1 bed and a trundle bed. I fêel that it looked alot better in the photos than in real life. Very friendly helpful staff.

Our room was lovely with great self contained facilities, although the door was a bit sticky to close. The pool area is great and the restaurant area looked lovely but we didn’t get to try it this trip. Manager was friendly and organised.

Very nice hotel but no lifts for getting to the upper floors. This was not an issue for us if we limited our time in and out of the room. Sorry that the onsite restaurant was not available for us to try the local foods.
