The Space:
We are the Heidels, a family of 3, and would like to take you on a maritime vacation trip with our cozy gem.
There is a lot of love for the Baltic Sea coast in this beautiful vacation apartment. Because a stay at the Baltic Sea is an experience at any time of year, we rent out the bright and stylishly furnished vacation apartment including a spacious balcony. You will find a free parking space in the inner courtyard of the complex with the number 7.

The vacation apartment in the newly built residential residence is located in the center of the Rostock district of Markgrafenheide approx. 400 m from the beach. The lovingly designed, maritime furnishing style is a special eye-catcher and runs through the entire apartment in every detail.

From the hallway you have direct access to the very spacious bathroom with a spacious shower, a free-standing washbasin and a washing machine. A large skylight provides natural light as a connection to the bedroom behind. In the partly blue bedroom you will find a comfortable bed with a flat-screen TV (29 HD channels).

In the living room there is a spacious and comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV (also 29 HD channels). From here you can also access the balcony, which is furnished with a table, 3 chairs and 2
stools with cushions. The living room flows seamlessly into the country-style, fully equipped open kitchen. A large dining table with upholstered swivel chairs in the living area invites you to linger in comfort.

The vacation accommodation also has the following amenities:

- lockable bicycle storage room
- electric sunshade, which can also be used as an insect screen
- intercom/door opener with camera

It is possible to book an extra bed (folding guest bed, as usual in hotels; dimensions 90 x 200 cm) for a third guest at any time.

The well-being of our younger guests is also taken care of. A travel cot (dimensions 60 x 120 cm) incl. mattress
and bedding, a high chair, children's crockery and cutlery,
baby food warmer and a small selection of toys are available free of charge at

To complete the feel-good package for you, we provide you
with all cleaning utensils (tabs, bin liners, sponges etc.)
for your daily needs free of charge.

The Neighborhood:
The vacation apartment “Strandkorb Nr.7” is located in the “Wohnresidenz Markgrafenheide” in the Rostock district of the same name, a recognized Baltic seaside resort, which is surrounded by the forest of the Rostock Heath. The resort is around 20 minutes by car from Rostock city center.

In the neighboring district of Hohe Düne to the west, a (car) ferry crosses the Warnow to Warnemünde at short intervals. The beach is just a stone's throw from the vacation apartment - approx. 400 m. Cross Warnemünder Straße to reach the Waldsiedlung. There you can almost hear the sea. Passing the “Strandcenter Krakus” and the “Dünenhotel am Meer” opposite, you will reach the beach access directly.

Getting Around:
Arrival

By car:
If you are traveling from/via Berlin or Hamburg, take the AB
Rostock junction, continue on the A 19 towards Überseehafen until you reach the
Rostock-Nord exit, continue in the direction of Graal-Müritz, in Hinrichshagen
Hinrichshagen turn off to Markgrafenheide. In the center of the village
the property is on the left in the direction of travel, directly next to the
Netto supermarket. There is a free parking lot on site (parking space no. 7).

By public transportation:
With a stopover at Rostock main station, you can take the
S-Bahn directly to Warnemünde. Depending on the timetable, there are also
direct connections to Warnemünde. Walk across the newly laid out and
station grounds to the ferry, which will take you across the Warnow to Hohe Düne.
Warnow to Hohe Düne. Here you can take bus no. 17 & 18 from the
bus stop “Hohe Düne Fähre” to the bus stop “Markgrafenheide” (6
min.). Now you are directly in front of the residence
Markgrafenheide.
Please note the seasonal and time-dependent timetables of the ferry
and bus.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
There is a surcharge on the cleaning price for bringing a pet.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
