High quality furnished 2-bedroom apartment with sea views in a landmarked beach villa dating back to the resort architecture. Exclusive location right on the Baltic Sea, the beach is 70 m. Behind the house begins the park with walking paths and the Baltic Sea cycling trail. All sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, sailing in the immediate vicinity as well as cycling: A bicycle rental is located 2 minutes behind the house at the parking garage / Park Street.   Before the apartment is on the promenade that leads to the lighthouse and the jetty. The center / church square is about 10 minutes walk. The apartment has no Parkplatz./ W-LAN free / lockable bike room / stroller. Non smoking apartment 100 Euro deposit of the total price within 7 days after booking on the account, balance 14 days before arrival on the account. Nichts besonders, Preis-leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung in Warnemünde verbracht – leider war das Gesamtpaket alles andere als überzeugend. Die Wohnung selbst ist absolut nichts Besonderes. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet – es fehlt an Charme, Liebe zum Detail und überhaupt an einem Willkommensgefühl.Das größte Problem waren allerdings die Gastgeber. Von Anfang an wirkten sie unfreundlich, überheblich und wenig hilfsbereit. Auf Rückfragen wurde kurz angebunden oder genervt reagiert, und nach der Schlüsselübergabe waren sie komplett abgetaucht. Keine Nachfrage, kein Interesse – Hauptsache, das Geld ist überwiesen.Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis ist die Parksituation: Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Stattdessen wird man entweder in ein überfülltes Parkhaus geschickt oder muss rund 15 Minuten entfernt parken – für Familien mit Gepäck völlig unpraktisch.Fazit: Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht empfehlen. Es fehlt an Gastfreundschaft, Flexibilität und schlicht an dem, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht. Bloß nicht das Geld hier verschwenden – Warnemünde bietet bessere Alternativen.

Herrlicher Blick auf die Ostsee

Direkt an der Promenade gelegen, wenige Schritte zum Strandzugang.Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett standen zur Verfügung. Für die Kinder 2 und 4 Jahre ideal ein SuperSpielplatz im Hintergrund des Hauses in einem schattigen Park.Negativ war, daß zu der Ferienwohnung kein Parkplatz gehört und man in dem überfüllten Parkhaus parken mußte.
