Basic room, cold tap was producing hot and cold (?), one guy doing his best to run check-in (watching videos on his phone inbetween. which is fine but that’s the level of hotel to expect), one guy left becsuse of a mouse in his room, I didn’t drink or eat there. Check out - no one to be found. Gave my key to the “chef”. Weird experience, felt cheap (but wasn’t) and as the main entrance doors were unlocked with one staff member, I debate what would happen in any form of security incident. I really don’t recommend this place.

Boutique Hotel, Bar & Restaurant?????? Not.... Nothing Boutique my room was in the cellar with no windows, restaurant with no working kitchen of chef? I booked in and was told that my key was in the room door, i can only thin thats because it was in the cellar but didnt like the idea of that as everyone would have had access to my room before my arrival.. I expect some kind of compensation for this as not as described, had to order food in etc.. Very poor

The owner is very nice and rooms are clean. Room was freezing even though rads and electric heaters on. Only pizzas served and the restaurant was as cold as outside temp. You can order things in and use thier plates etc. Could not get out of hotel till 0700 in the morning as front door locked. Car park is an aditional £5 a night

I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything .

Did not go much on this property location and overall service. Had a knock on the door at 11.30pm to be told that we had not been checked in properly and so they wanted ID which they then scanned. Seemed very strange and we was not too happy.

It was in a grim area next to a lap club. Nice couple running it but nobody else there. That said, we were still stuck in a basement room where you could see through the window. Dining limited except for a Wetherspoons around the corner. We did get a fan when asked.

Only thing I liked was leaving. The stay was awful in a dingy dungeon like room hot sweaty no aircon as advertised,no views,no shades drapes overlooking flats. Broken toilet seat cobwebs everywhere. Red stain on the carpet,brown dirt on pillowcase wich was changed on request. I was charged £5 to park the car when its the only place you can park there. Signage says for patrons and guests. What a overall rubish place to stay overpriced I would expect so much more for £115 for one night. Staff were not around most of the time left a sign with phone number on to call wich goes straight to voicemail. Really really terrible. I would never ever stay there again. Also false advertised online all the rooms look well decorated. Its a huge LIE! DON'T FALL FOR IT!

The toom was nothing like wevhad booked,family room with terrace,given a room woth not evren a window that opened,apart from a lovely painting of one on the wall,also the cooked breskfast was just served on a plate didnt get to choose what we wanted so alot went to waste.
