You'll love being just five miles away from Englewood Beach and the home comes stocked with a variety of beach gear for added convenience. Rotonda West offers five, great on-site golf courses, and clubs are also provided if you feel like teeing it up during your stay. Additional perks include bikes, classic games, a Pack-N-Play, and a high chair, making it perfectly equipped for any family excursions.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy foyer that effortlessly combines comfort and style. The layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for socializing or unwinding after the day's adventures. Tastefully appointed furnishings and coastal-inspired decor enhance the beachy ambiance, setting the tone for your beach retreat. The hub of the home is the well-appointed kitchen where your culinary creations come to life. Enjoy your meals at the adjacent dining table or at the breakfast bar.

2 dogs under 30 pounds, or, 1 dog up to 90 pounds are allowed
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
